In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum allowed occupancy is 6, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features three bedrooms, a private pool, and plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space. The home is about a 10-minute bike ride to Kiawah Island’s picturesque beach.

An open layout offers a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The main living space features plenty of seating and a wall-mounted TV. Enjoy family meals together in the home’s grand dining area, which separates the living area and kitchen. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and open shelving. The center island features a breakfast bar with barstool seating.

This home offers three comfortable bedrooms, two of which are primary suites. The first primary suite is located on the main floor and has a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a large shower. Ascend the stairs to find the two remaining bedrooms. The second primary suite has a king-sized bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. The third and final bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

You will immediately enter vacation mode upon stepping out to the home’s expansive courtyard patio. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the patio area feels secluded and serene. Take a dip in the private pool or relax in one of the lounge chairs. The adjacent covered seating area offers outdoor sofas surrounding a wall-mounted TV. Guests also have use of the home’s covered grilling area.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The pool has an electric heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
