The condo was as shown in the pictures - very comfortable and it had everything we needed .The area was quiet and relaxing. We loved the screened in porch! We were able to watch all of the wildlife - deer, gators, turtles, bullfrogs - we loved it. Even the walk to the beach was interesting. We enjoyed the close proximity to Charleston as well. It is a beautiful city. We will be back!

The villa was clean and Akers Ellis was very responsive to our needs and provided excellent customer service. The villa was nicely furnished and the porch was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the animal life on the lagoon. The weather was perfect for biking, exploring and walking on the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone. It is close to many things on the island.

We enjoyed this condo. Had everything we needed, comfortable and location was great. The only issue (not a huge deal) but I rented this particular condo because the screened porch looked so inviting in the pictures. In reality it is a bit dingy,other than that it was a nice place to stay. Also we did not realize we had to use the beach credits the day we got there and they had expired when we tried to use them. But all in all we had a great stay.

My husband and I have been vacationing on Kiawah for 19 years. This is the first time we have ever stayed in EAST BEACH Area and will not be the last. This condo was heavenly. The furnishings were comfortable. The property was exactly as described - well maintained and very clean. The location was perfect for bike riding and close to the beach and tennis courts. I would highly recommend Akers Ellis Rentals and this Tennis Club Villa.

Enjoyed the credit for beach gear. We loved riding those bikes around the property and on the beach. The condo is well furnished and is just a 6 minute walk to the beach.

Really enjoyed our stay here during race weekend. The condo is very nicely done and has an amazing screened in porch to relax on. It was a quick easy walk to the start line and to the Sanctuary, so location can’t be beat. Would definitely book this condo again.

What a wonderful relaxing place for a couples getaway. The villa was just beautiful and the screened porch was the perfect spot morning and night. The entire complex is quiet and peaceful, feels very secluded. Just a 3 minute bike ride to the beach! I look forward to returning!!

Our vacation was delayed a day by Dorian, however, we did purchase travel insurance so we will be reimbursed for that day. We came on to Charleston and spent the night Saturday and toured Charleston on Sunday. We entered the property Sunday after lunch. It has been a great condo. Close to the beach (walking distance) and Akers Ellis gave us a $150 credit with VayKGear for beach gear so with the bike trailer chairs and umbrellas it’s been comfortable days at the beach, as well as, transporting everything has been a breeze. Condo is clean and well maintained and it’s been extremely peaceful! I would highly recommend the property.

We've been vacationing on Kiawah Island, SC for the past 20 years and previously renting from a friend who owns a villa. This year the villa wasn't available during our required vacation period. This is the first time we've rented from Aker's Ellis and our experience was exceptional. The property description was accurate, the villa was clean and nicely decorated, the lagoon view from the screened in porch was exceptional. We certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy the Kiawhah Island experience. Would certainly rent again.

My daughter and I rented this condo for a four night getaway at Kiawah. The condo was very nice and was just as described on the VRBO website. It was very close to the Sanctuary which we visited several times. I would definitely rent this unit again. Also, the Akers Rental Company was an amazing property management company. Top notch service.

We arrived to find a beautiful condo, furnished quite nicely and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed including the kitchen which was pretty well stocked with all we required for cooking in which we did one night. The view of the back yard area looked out onto a large lagoon and was tranquil and relaxing. Saw a small gator making his way down the lagoon one evening. Would recommend this unit for a comfortable stay and great access to Bass Pond, East Beach, Sanctuary and West Beach. Unfortunately though, we had to evacuate for Hurricane Florence on Tuesday morning so didn't get to enjoy the whole week. Too bad but these things happen. I bought travel insurance so will be reimbursed. Don't hesitate to book this unit-it's very nice.

This villa is beautifully decorated, located on a peaceful lagoon, and an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch listening to the sounds of nature, walking to the beach, and riding bikes on the easy-to-navigate trails. I would definitely rent a vacation home again from Akers Ellis. The process was smooth from beginning to end. I love the Hospitality app! It really made the rental process easy, convenient, provinding rental and vacation information, as well as easy communication at our fingertips! I emailed a request to the company. Sarina quickly and courteously responded to and fulfilled my request! Thank you for providing a wonderful place for us to call "home" for our vacation!

Charming condo, great for couple. Location very good, easy walk to beach in few minutes. Loved the view out the kitchen and patio. Be sure to rent bikes, island wonderful for riding. Mgt company provides great maps/info for area.

The villa was comfortable, clean, and in very good shape. The location is convenient to the beach, East Beach Town Center, and Turtle Point Golf. The screened porch with the lagoon view is great.
