This luxury home offers seven bedrooms including five master suites, a private pool, Turtle Point Golf Course, and lagoon views plus, is just 1 minute to the beach!

This home was completed in early 2020. The home showcases luxurious finishes and furnishings, and boasts plenty of space for the whole family. Walk through the front and immediately notice the gorgeous golf and lagoon view from the wall of windows directly in front of you. Enjoy a meal as a family at the large dining table that can seat up to 14. This area also has direct access to the screened porch. The dining room flows into the living area and kitchen offering guest a highly desired open concept. The living area features plenty of natural light, 2 sofas, 2 chairs, a large flatscreen TV. The gourmet kitchen offers a large center island with 4 barstools, stainless steel appliances, double oven, gas range and hood, and a eat-in table with bench and 4 chairs. You will also find a large pantry with second refrigerator, laundry room, half bathroom and office/study space on the first floor.

Step outside on the back deck and enjoy what Kiawah is so well know for- golf and nature! It is simply beautiful. Take a dip in the private pool, sunbathe on the lounge chairs, cook dinner on the gas grill, or enjoy a meal at the large table that seats 10 or the small table that seats 3. There is also a screened porch with comfortable furnishings and a large flatscreen TV.

The first floor master suite is sure to impress with its king sized bed, TV, walk-in closet and master bathroom with double vanities, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Ascend the stairs or take the elevator to the second floor where you will find a den with sofa, four chairs, and TV. This would make a great place for kids or teens to have their own space. You will also find a second laundry room and the remaining bedrooms on this level. Four bedrooms feature king sized beds and private, updated bathrooms while two bedrooms feature built-in full over full bunk beds. There is a hallway bathroom available for the bunk rooms.

This home is located across the street from Kiawah's beautiful beach. Guests are welcome to rinse off in the outdoor shower located by the garage doors. Guests can also enjoy the three car garage and elevator.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.

The dimensions of the pool are 11'W x 22' L.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation.

We were so blessed to stay at this lovely home. Its location could not be better, and it is well-equipped, thoughtfully designed, and family-friendly. We appreciated double ovens, two laundry rooms, two frigs, an ice maker and night lights, as well as games, puzzles, towels and pool and beach items. The rooms are large, and we loved having a big table where we could all gather. We appreciate the generosity of the owners in sharing their home and making it possible for families to have such a special time together. Our time there included precious memories that will be treasured by all of us. Our grandchildren all expressed a desire to return next year. While this was probably a once in a lifetime trip for us(My bucket list of sharing Kiawah with grandkids), if it is in God's plans, we do hope to return one day. We appreciated the speedy response to replacing the pool net for cleaning the pool. We were told ahead of time that there were no beach or pool towels, so we packed them, but the house had a ample supply. Not a huge deal, but towels take up a lot of space in suitcases when flying across the country. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!

I have been vacationing at Kiawah for the past 20 years and used several rental companies during that time. But since the first time I used Akers Ellis about 10 years ago, they are the only company I rent from now. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home during our vacation to Kiawah. All eight adults and seven young children had such a wonderful time, that no one was ready to leave! Because of COVID-19, we chose to eat all of our meals in. The kitchen is very well equipped. Loved having an ice maker and the two laundry rooms. And the pool is definitely a plus with the children. The location is perfect in that it is a short walk to the beach access. We will definitely return to this home in the future!

October getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful and fit our family perfectly. The pool was awesome and already heated when we arrived. It was fun watching golfers walk up the fairway to the green and humorous watching golfers trying to chip onto the green with deer grazing close by. My grandchildren loved looking for alligators and enjoyed them from a distance. The beach itself was a short walk from the house and we had many walks. From a constructive criticism standpoint the dishwasher was a nightmare and none of us could figure out how to use it and we all have dishwashers at home. Also the tube on the back of the dryer kept coming off. Both minor issues and did not detract from our wonderful stay and would not hesitate to rent the house again.

Family reunion 2021

Our houses 1 Nicklaus Lane fit our needs almost perfectly! The only flaw we could find would be the pool. It is a little too small and narrow. The house was perfect!!! It has an amazing floor plan and worked perfectly for us! We LOVED it! I usually like to choose a new house each year, but If I could rent this house every year, that would be wonderful!!!!

Perfect place for a golf trip.

Beautiful new home on Turtle point Golf course

When we entered the home I could hear oohs and aahs from my family. From the beautiful decor and pool right outside the main level, it was a feast for the eyes. We loved the 5 King beds for our young adult children and needless to say the 2 bunk rooms with 4 beds in each enable several families to stay in this home. It's also a very short walk to beach access #29. Would definitely stay here again!
