Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This one-bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental accommodates four guests, offers a screened porch, and is about a 4-minute walk to the beach. Now called West Beach Villas, the villa community was previously known as Courtside Villas.

This first-floor Kiawah Island vacation rental has cozy furnishings and a nautical theme. The living area has comfortable furniture, including a sleeper sofa, a table and chairs, and flat-screen TV. The recently updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay.

The bedroom has a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV, while the bathroom has a shower/tub combo and offers private entry from from the bedroom or hall.

The screened porch is great for dining outdoors or just relaxing. The villa is perfect for couples, golfers, or small families.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

For my wife's conference the condo is only few minutes a walk to the conference center and to the beach with the kids. I highly recommend.

Ideal location

Loved the location and set up of condo. It was clean and decorated nicely. I’m glad I brought a bag of hangers as there aren’t many. It would be very helpful to have a dresser in the bedroom as there is no place for clothes. The same in kitchen, no place for food.

Quick beach getaway

I visit KI once to twice a year and always enjoy it. This was no exception. Met my Son for his 30th bday and just needed some nice relaxation and down time. Always good to get to the beach for a few days.

R&R at the Beach

We had a wonderful time at Courtside Villas. We had coffee on the porch every morning and enjoyed the view of the lagoon and water fountain. It was an easy 10 ish minute walk to the beach along a beautifully manicured path. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great spot w/short walk to beach & Cougar Pointe

Really a great spot. It is small for more than 2 people, but was perfect for me and small dog. Close to Cougar Pointe club house (walking distance) cabana pool & beach access. Condo was clean, but could use a deep clean. King bed was unbelievably comfortable.

Memorial Day Stay

For the price it's pretty good relative to others that were a lot more expensive. Once the pullout couch is out, there is very little room to move. That's really only applicable at night and in the morning though. The deck is a nice additional "room" to make up for the lack of space inside.

Great tennis trip!

I was in town for a tennis tournament and picked this rental due to its location to some of the courts. The unit was very nice and clean. The staff at West beach were beyond excellent and very friendly despite the rainy conditions. Would definitely stay here again for the tournament next year!

Cute vacation home in a great location.

We stayed here in April 2018 for five days. This a nice condo styled place to stay in a nice community. Few minute walk to the beach. Nice far off location with 24-hour security for a good time off with family. Good place for a small family.

Such Fun!

My husband and I had the best time. We rode bikes and enjoyed short walks to the beach. We also saw many deer families throughout the island.
We look forward to our next vacation on Kiawah Island.
Our room was nice and clean. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen where we could cook fresh seafood from the local market. We will totally be back next winter break!

Pre Thanksgiving visit

Played a tennis tournament on Kiawah,so location was perfect. The two of us and our two dogs had a grand time. Close to the beach and our dogs had two ocassions to see deer up close. Another night time dog walk there was a raccoon in a tree about 100 yards from the fromt door.
The villa was small, but more than adequate for our 4 day stay. It was clean and well equipped with basic essentials and Akers Ellis stayed in touch throughout our stay. They gave us a late checkout,which we didn't need in the end, but were very flexible and quick to respond to our request
