Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features an open floor plan, comfortable furnishings, 3 bedrooms, and is only a 4-minute bike ride to the beach.

The cozy main living area offers two sofas, two chairs, mounted flat screen TV, and access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen has white cabinets, plenty of counter space, an island with 2 bar stools, and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy meals at the table right off the kitchen or the formal dining table off the living room.

The first-floor master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a large walk in shower and bench. Ascend the stairs and you will find two other bedrooms. One bedroom features a king bed and a flat screen TV while the other has a full bed and twin over twin bunk bed. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom that has two sinks and a shower/tub combo.

The large back deck features outdoor furniture, a gas grill and has great views of Cougar Point Golf Course 7th fairway and green. The home is tucked away on a private street that offers a total sense of privacy. Enjoy gorgeous marsh views from above at the Marsh View Tower located at the end of Marsh Hawk Lane.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

This house is extremely comfortable. We loved the semi private deck in the rear of the home with a view of the golf course. There was plenty of room for 5 adults to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. This rental comes with a credit for "beach gear". We chose 5 bikes and corn hole. We used all of it! Our favorite was riding the bikes on the beach during low tide. Also, there are miles of bike paths on the island that we explored. We highly recommend this home and would definitely book again!

We loved this place! It was beautiful and very clean. It was stocked well for cooking meals. We loved having the convenience of a washer and dryer in the home. We enjoyed the deck and sat out on it several times. The sliding door to the deck was not working properly and did not seem to on the track correctly, just wanted to let you know so it doesn't get broken. Loved the shower on the main floor! It was wonderful!! The bike ride to the beach wasn't too bad. We enjoyed riding our bikes very much! We would definitely rent this house again! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Wonderful Vacation

The house was lovely for my family of 6. The location was great, just a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Definitely appreciated renting bikes! We rode our bikes on the beach and on the bike trail. It was beautiful!

Happy to be back!

For 12 years Kiawah was our spring break destination. In 2020 we planned on returning after a 7 year hiatus but then the world closed. We were able to work out a return in 2021 and had a lovely visit! Nothing like Ocean Course views!

Great vacation

Great house. House is in a great location, quiet neighborhood with a golf course view. It’s an easy 5 min. bike ride to the beach. Kitchen was nicely stocked and had empty cabinets for food which is a plus. Two “complaints” no tv in first floor bedroom as advertised and upstairs king one teenager thought was too hard so they swapped with a sibling. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay!

The house is great! We loved the relaxing on the back deck (with a view of the golf course) and walking and biking to the beach and Marsh View Tower. Our week went way too quickly and we were sad to leave. However, we hope to return to 174 Marsh Hawk again soon!
