Description

This waterfront Seabrook Island vacation rental is located in Bohicket Marina Village, a gated community less than a mile outside of the Seabrook Island security gate. The two-story villa offers two bedrooms, a spacious wraparound deck overlooking Bohicket Creek and the marina, and access to the seasonal community pool.

Upon entering the villa, you will immediately notice the water view through the sliding glass doors in the living area. The main living area offers coastal chic décor, plenty of seating, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the waterfront deck. Guests can also relax in the secondary living area, which has a comfortable sofa and a TV. The spacious, open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. The adjacent breakfast area has a bar area with a wine cooler, dining table with seating for two, and access to the deck. The main dining area, located in the front of the villa, offers seating for six.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs and feature stunning views of the water. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a wall-mounted TV, sitting area, and attached bathroom with shower/tub combo. On the first floor, there is also half bathroom and a third full bathroom.

Incredible sunsets over the water can be seen from the generous back deck. The deck has dining space for six and plenty of chairs for guests to relax and enjoy the view.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to Bohicket Marina Village’s seasonal community pool. With the purchase of a Seabrook Island amenity pass, guests may also access the Seabrook Island Lake House, which has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and fitness center. Guests do not have access to any Seabrook Island Club amenities.

Bohicket Marina Village is a gated community located less than a mile outside of the main gate of Seabrook Island. Guests have access to the Seabrook Island beaches, but do not have access to the Beach Club. Beachwalker Park, located on the west end of Kiawah Island, offers public access to Kiawah Island’s beautiful beach.

Seabrook Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.
Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

In accordance with the Town of Seabrook Island Short Term Rental Ordinance and with the Akers Ellis Guest License Agreement, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 2, approved number of bedrooms is 2, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 6.

Beautiful house and lovely stay. House was the exact same as the pictures and the view was amazing. The smell of the house brought back memories of my grandmas house as a child. Although, one of the toilets got clogged very easily and the back door in the kitchen leading to the deck didn’t lock. Rest of the house was amazing, though.

Beautiful townhome with marina and water views. Extremely comfortable bedding. Gorgeous kitchen with every thing you need to prepare meals. Would highly recommend.
