Description

Take advantage of special bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is on the 2nd floor of a beachfront building and offers easy beach access. The villa offers a newly renovated kitchen and primary bathroom, three balconies and comfortable furnishings throughout. The living area features two sofas, a flatscreen TV, and balcony access. The fully equipped kitchen showcases white cabinetry, brand new stainless steel appliances and bar seating for three. The dining table comfortably seats six and is a great place to enjoy meals with family and friends.

The master suite offers a king bed, flat screen TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a new walk-in shower. A second bedroom features two queen beds, flat screen TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The villa is equipped with wireless internet. Community washers and dryers and an elevator are provided within the building.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards bike rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. Please note: Within the Shipwatch community, this credit is only valid for bike rentals.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Exactly what we needed for a nice relaxing vacation. Loved the close location to the beach and even though we didn't have a beach view from our balconies, we did have wonderful views of the wildlife (deer) that roam the property too.

This was a beautiful and well-maintained property in a great location. We appreciated that many amenities including the beach chairs! It was great to not have to worry about renting those. It was a very relaxing vacation for us, and Kiawah is just as beautiful as I remembered.

Fantastic stay and one of the best appointed places we have ever rented and very clean, Although there isn’t a washer and dryer in the unit there are public machines on every floor. Would definitely rent this property again

FANTASTIC!!

My family was thrilled to stay at 2263 Shipwatch!! My parents owned this unit when it was first built in 1975. Fond memories growing up & visiting here. The owners have done a wonderful job keeping it up. Very welcoming & can tell the owners really take pride !! Love the thoughtful notes, toys, beach towels, beautifully stocked kitchen for cooking!
There was only one problem... someone put highly fragrant rug powder/crystals on the area rugs. It was extremely offensive. I had to leave for 24 hours so we could get odor under control. Other than that it , everything is very clean & uncluttered. A Huge thanks to the owners!!

Great location

Villa was very clean and wonderfully stocked kitchen. Thank goodness keurig and regular coffee maker! I would have preferred an upgraded mattress as the king was definitely on the cheaper side and made sleeping a little umm hard. But all in all a wonderful stay.

Wonderful!

Our family of four stayed in this delightful residence in late September. It was perfect! Kitchen well-stocked with an array of handy pots, pans, dishes, and appliances. Appreciated towels and beach chairs, as well as the clean, tidy comfort of the place. In all honesty, I was tempted by another place that I thought looked nicer, but changed to this place for convenience. I think I would have made a mistake in choosing the other one. It’s convenient, yes, but nicer than pictured or even imagined it to be. Wonderful rental experience all the way around. Akers-Ellis made it all smooth and easy.

Great property! Comfortable, accessible, and convenient. Good indoor and outdoor space, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms, all with an abundance of natural light. We were married at the Gazebo at White Point Garden and honeymooned here... many wonderful memories!

Home away from home

Condo was very clean, well maintained, and only steps from the beach. My kids loved the air fryer and the milkshake maker, and the stand alone ice maker made more than enough ice to keep up with the demand! Property Management team was excellent, very responsive, and the entire experience with them was very easy. Beach gear credit was combined and covered our bikes for a week. Great location and layout! I would definitely stay here again!

Great rental!

We had an awesome time in the well equipped, updated condo. It's location was perfect as it was on the beach but close to all the amenities it offered. Property management was very responsive and easy to work with. Super easy check-in/out. Would definitely stay here again!

A Home Away From Home

We really enjoyed our two week stay at 2263 Shipwatch and we would certainly consider returning in the future. The floor plan is very nice with an open, cozy living area and the bedrooms are each good sized with private baths within. The decor is super homey and very easy to keep up while getting some R&R. We were also amazed at how quiet the building actually is during the evening hours. It is a peaceful place! And the location steps from the beach can not be beat! This place is a great value!

Location, location!

Great location right on the beach! Easy bike ride to Fresh Fields. Condo has everything we needed. The property was very nice and the entire building was was well maintained. My family enjoyed our stay!
