This 4 bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental offers an open floor plan great for family and friends as well as spectacular golf views from both the front and back of the home. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this home is perfect for sitting on the front porch rockers and watching the golfers as they play.

Once you walk through the front door, you will feel right at home. A sitting area for relaxing and enjoying some southern sweet tea is to the left and the formal dining room is to the right. The living room has a flat screen TV and provides lots of natural lighting through many windows. French doors lead out to the back deck with gas grill and plenty of room for outdoor dining while enjoying golf course and lagoon views. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the main living area and offers an additional dining table.

The master bedroom with flat screen TV has a king size bed with high quality bedding and invites you onto the deck through French doors where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the golfers. The large master bathroom has 2 separate sinks, a large counter space, a glass shower, and jetted tub. The large walk-in closet provides plenty of room for your holiday attire.

This home also has 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds, flat screen TV's, DVD players, and private bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. The 4th bedroom has a king size bed and a queen sofa sleeper, 32” flat screen TV, DVD player, and private bathroom with shower/tub combo.

This home also provides many board games for family fun and wireless internet is offered.

Sparrow Hawk is only a short distance to the beautiful Kiawah Island beach. Enjoy the 5 minute bike ride along the trail to the unmatched beauty of our shore. Kiawah Island offers about 30 miles of bike trails to get you where you want to go on the island. Enjoy the world class golf courses on the island and the tennis facilities during your stay. For the fishermen, Bohicket Marina is nearby which offers offshore and inshore fishing charters as well as sailing excursions. Historic Charleston is also a top attraction to the area and is only a 45 minute drive away. Enjoy fine restaurants, antiquing, historic sites, and the harbor as you visit the city.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Lovely Family Vacation Spot with Golf Views

Perfect location for biking to marsh lookout tower, the beach and around the island. Plenty of space to create family meals and to watch football. The deck was perfect for outdoor relaxing and watching the golfers go by.

Great experience

The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure guests have everything they need. As others have mentioned, there are plenty of beach supplies in the garage (even bikes), oodles of beach towels, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, gadgets, etc. each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a quick walk to the beach, even for an upright senior. We have used rentals all over the world, and this was definitely an easy stay...we look forward to returning.

Everything you need!

We were so surprised by all of the kitchen supplies. If you need it to bake, cook, serve, store - it’s in the kitchen!! They also had ample spices and coffee supplies!

The towels were new and plentiful in the bathrooms and kitchen and they had so many towels for the beach!

The garage was filled with boogie boards and chairs and sand toys. Everything you would need for a fun and comfortable day at the beach.

The couches and beds were clean and comfy. The inside walls could use a paint job but that was the only maintenance concern.

The house was close to night heron park and the beach but you have to cross the main road to get there. We have teens so it wasn’t too much of a concern.

We really enjoyed our stay and all the extras put it over the top!

Great week at the beach!

We've been to Kiawah many times but had never stayed on the Marsh side. This house was great! Quiet with beautiful views in front and back. The property was very well furnished and well stocked with loads of beach chairs, kitchen utensils, and towels. The property was also very clean, which is a huge plus. The bonus room over garage was perfect for teens to hang out --- and for adults needing some quiet. Would def recommend this house and I always recommend Akers Ellis :) The Akers Ellis folks take care of it all: bikes, broken items, etc. They're very attentive and make the whole vacation easy.

The house was well located being only a short bike ride to the beach. If you stay here, you can take the golf path across the street to get over to the main road when going to the beach. Much shorter than taking the regular road. There was plenty of space for our 7 person party, and the house was quite comfortable.

Wonderful Vacation Experience on Kiawah Islanduy

House conveniently located, very well furnished and comfortably accommodated all seven guests - kitchen was especially well furnished - parking four vehicles was a little difficult due to narrow driveway and took a little planning ahead - hot water tank wasnt working properly but workers responded quickly - Overall experience was extra good.

Great rental

Pretty good for right after a hurricane

Aside from the app not working at 1AM when I needed it most our experience with the house was wonderful. There is plenty of room, the kids had room to run and build forts, the grown ups had room to talk and enjoy each others company.

There were plenty of dishes, cooking utensils - anything you can think of they had, pots, pans, it was there.

We even saw the alligator.

We love this spacious home in West Beach. Akers Ellis has quick replies to any issues that arise. The dishwasher was not draining when we arrived. A late morning email, followed by immediate reply, led to service while we were out. No hassle. No wait.

Perfect home!

This home met all of our needs plus more. We stayed in Kiawah seven years ago and loved it. We decided we wanted to return and chose this home and it exceeded all of our expectations. It was a very comfortable home with perfect layout. We cooked all of our meals there and enjoyed the dining area. We ate outside for one meal. The front and back of the house was beautiful and our king size bed's were perfect for us and our newly married son and daughter-in-law.

Amazing home for a large family

Totally loved our stay here. All four bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms, the kitchen and home was incredibly well equipped, and there was plenty of room for the ten of us to spread out. I have rented many homes through VRBO and this is definitely one of the best. The property management company was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Loverly home for family

Very comfortable. Lots of cooking necessities, pots and pans, utensils. Used the grill twice. Plenty of linens. Good quality washing machine. Typical bugs as with most beach properties but the pest control technician did show up during our stay so it's not going untreated. Bedframe in upstairs bedroom is broken. Plumbing in rear left bedroom is a little quirky. Overall great vacation and would rent again.

Great Wedding Weekend

Thank you very much. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our extended weekend visit to Kiawah, Island. The outage was a minor issue and was resolved quickly. I would certainly rate our experience as being a 5+. The house fit our needs perfectly. Please be sure to pass on to the owner of the property how much we enjoyed their home.
Since the visit was for the specific purpose of my nieces wedding, it is unlikely that we would be visiting again in the future, but if we do, we will certainly work with Akers Ellis on the rental property.

Ahhhhhhhhhh.....

It was wonderful! 234 Sparrow Hawk is a beautiful home. We loved watching the gators, birds, and deer from the back deck. We especially enjoyed watching the osprey in their nest and tree across the pond! The home itself is gorgeous, it was BEAUTIFULLY maintained and cleaned, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. A wonderful stay!

Wonderful home in great location

Fully stocked and clean vacation home!

Our Kiawah vacation was spectacular especially staying at 234 Sparrow Hawk. This house was fully stocked with everything you would need for your vacation. Cleanliness and dcor of the home really made you feel like you were on vacation. Lastly, the check in process was a breeze and well thought out. Enjoyable month in Kiawah

We truly enjoyed our month in Kiawah and especially appreciate our positive dealings with the personnel at Akers Ellis. So you guys get a definite 5! This was our 4th visit to the house on Sparrow Hawk. The inside was spotless on arrival and the porch and deck were pressure washed during our first week there. This house is very well equipped and makes it easy to show up, ready for a great vacation. We definitely want to rent this house again next year!

What an amazing place to stay...

I can't say enough about 234 Sparrow Hawk. This is a simply AMAZING rental property. This year was our second year at this house, and the amenities are simply wonderful. They literally have everything you could want and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything is modern, the views from the house are outstanding, and they even have multiple sets of beach equipment.

We will definitely be returning!

The Perfect Place to Stay

No, we are not related to the owners! Everything about 234 Sparrow Hawk met or exceeded our expectations. Every bedroom had comfortable beds and their own bathroom(with soaps, shampoo, and beautiful white towels) and t.v. Wireless access worked great. We were close to everthing...a nice ride to the beach, or Fresh Market on our bikes...We saw lots of wildlife including an 8 pt buck in the lot right next door and many large alligators! (Not too close though). The house had every dish or platter you could need and then some...we had a fantastic Thanksgiving with family there. Each table had 10 chairs! The back deck and front porch were very relaxing...we got to watch (poor) golfers occassionally hit a ball into the yard! being right in the middle of the 8th and 9th hole...

The Best !!

We had a wonderful family vacation is a very comfortable, beuatifully appointed vacation home.

The kitchen was well stocked with barware, deluxe small and large appliances, pots and pans and serving pieces. We were pleasantly surprised to find great beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and toys.The master suite was very deluxe and private. We loved the large front porch and back deck.

Beautiful Home - Great Location!

We had 2 families in the home (6 people total) and the house was perfectly suited. We had 2 teenagers and a 6 year old and the set-up of the house allowed everyone the space and the privacy needed. The deck off the back was wonderful at the end of the day - it was hard to get my husband inside as he wanted to watch the golfers go by. I have and will continue to recommend this house. It was a great rental at a very reasonable rate - and we shopped around.

One of our top five vacation choices

The house was great! Our family all had great bedrooms and very nice bathrooms. The amenities were great--from the beach towels and chairs to the very well-equipped kitchen. This was one of our best vacations. We want to go back next year!

Beautiful and very well equiped home. 6 minute bike ride to the beach.

The cleaning crew came at 9:30 am on Saturday (check out was 10:00). They asked if they could start early and we said yes, but it would be better if they would wait until after the guests have checked out.
