This Kiawah Island vacation rental is one of a kind as it features 4 bedrooms, a spacious deck, a marvelous balcony, a relaxing screened porch, and incredible views of the Turtle Point Golf Course. Enjoy watching as the golfers play or relax amongst the peaceful lagoon. This vacation rental also offers a 10-minute walk to the beach.

As of Winter 2023: Two levels of back porches overlooking Turtle Point Golf Course are currently under construction and will be complete in time for Summer 2024 guests. Please see rendering. Actual photos will be added as soon as they are available.

Walk through the front doors and feel right at home as the property features an open floor plan, ample living and entertainment spaces, soft finishes, and an abundance of natural light. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and doors that lead out to the beautiful back deck. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample counter space with barstool seating and a center island. The dining area serves as the perfect entertainment space as it offers impeccable golf and lagoon views, ample seating, and close proximity to the kitchen. The dining area opens to the gorgeously, well-lit sunroom perfect for reading a good book or enjoying your morning coffee.

The lower level features a guest bedroom with a king-sized bed, notable bedding, and lagoon views. The full, guest bathroom is equipped with a double sink vanity and a tiled shower and bathtub combination.

On the upper level, you will find the primary bedroom equipped with vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed, a TV, a small den, and balcony access. The private, primary bathroom features a double sink vanity, a walk-in glass shower, and a cast iron bathtub.

The third bedroom offers golf and lagoon views, a queen-sized bed, and a private full bathroom. The third bathroom features a shower and bathtub combination.

The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids as it offers 2 twin-sized beds and a pull out trundle. The fourth private bathroom also features a shower and bathtub combination.

The home offers ample opportunities to connect with nature whether on the balcony, spacious deck, or relaxing screened porch!

The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
