Just 4 minutes from Kiawah’s beach, this cute 1 bedroom condo is perfect for a getaway! Clean, comfy, and close to island entrance, shopping, and most importantly, the beach! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the bicycle credit and rode all over the island and on the beach. We also went to the beach a few days easily within a few minutes walk or bike ride. We enjoyed meals at several places on the island and daily coffee at The Nest! Saw alligators, deer, plenty of lizards, chipmunks and squirrels on the bike path. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Would stay again!

Loved the place, cool screened in deck, nicely decorated, kitchen well equipped, with all the windows, the place felt spacious. We used the equipment credit and greatly enjoyed all the trails biking our entire stay!

Last minute plans for Spring Break and first time to Kiawah. The condo was on the smaller side (to be excepted from listing description) but it was the perfect size for 2 adults and 1 child. The location was a very short walk to the beach, short bike ride to other activities and a short drive to the Freshfields Market area for shopping, dining and groceries. We rented bikes and beach chairs which worked out well. The reservation process was easy and check-in procedure was communicated well. Would stay here again.

Property is comfortable and well appointed. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We didn’t cook here, but plenty of dishes and kitchen tools. Short walk to a beautiful beach and lots of bike/ walking paths to enjoy. Easy to access wonderful Kiawah golf courses. Wonderful place to relax. Really enjoyed our week at this property.

My husband and I booked this condo for a long weekend at Kiawah. We have stayed at Kiawah many times, and this like all the others, was a great getaway for biking and beaching. The condo has plenty of items to cook with (although we only used the toaster). The outdoor patio is nice for coffee in the morning. The furniture has been updated and includes a new solid color couch. The condo was clean, except for the kitchen sponge, and had everything we needed including beach towels and a washer/dryer.

Bright, open, and clean. Location and amenities just as described. We loved the screened in back porch so we could relax without all the bugs. This property was perfect for our couples getaway. We would certainly stay here again.

The unit was generally clean but the housekeepers need to pay more attention. One side table had a sticky substance on it. A pillowcase was noticeably stained. The lack of a Keurig was surprising, but we made do.

We rented 1409 West Beach Villa and couldn't have been more pleased. The screened in porch was a favorite spot to relax and enjoy the birds. We loved the area on the island that enabled us to get anywhere easily on our bikes.

We decided on the spur of the moment to take a beach trip and happily found this apartment for Thanksgiving week still open. We liked the location on the west end and the walk to the beach was about 5 minutes. There is a small pond with a fountain at the backside which has quite delightful sound. We would, however, recommend an upgrade in the size of the TV's as they are quite small. The beach credit was a definite plus.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has been tastefully updated and had everything we needed and more during our stay. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the property management company was easy to work with. We’ve rented from several others and typically have a laundry list of check out protocols. It was so nice not having that! The condo is close to the beach, which we appreciated having a baby in tow. The condo is small. If you have two children and plan on them sleeping on the sofa bed, prepare for it to be tight. My husband and I felt a bit on top of each other just with an 8 month old. This condo is probably ideal for just 1 or 2 people. Also, it was very clean on a surface level, but when checking under the bed and behind the curtains at checkout, I found a plethora of dust bunnies and dead bug that had been there a while. The bathroom fan was also fairly dusty. The condo is in great condition but needs a deep clean in those harder to reach areas.

With only a 5 minute walk to the beach, this was a great spot for a weekend getaway for two! The couch is newer than the one pictured, and overall the accommodations were very comfortable. One suggestion on improvements would be a smart TV. The televisions both had limited cable but no access to premium channels, or Netflix/Hulu/etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was nicely furnished and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Walk in closet in bedroom was a plus. The location was about a 5 min walk to the beach. We love the many bike trails on Kiawah. Will be back and would stay here again.

Cozy, comfortable, chic and the location is great too - 5 min walk to the beach and 2 mi bike ride to Freshfields. Perfect for one person or a couple. We visited Kiawah for a long weekend and this villa was perfect. It was just my fianc and I, the villa was quiet and very nice. The location was convenient and close to the beach. Fabulous little condo! Very clean with everything you need. Bed is oh so comfortable ! People upstairs not a bother.
Location is a few steps to beach and bike trail. Must rent the bikes to experience the relaxing trails all over the island. The straw market is gone- that used to be next for to thisbunit. They are building new small hotel- but cant hear anything.
A short drive to Freshfields or bike. Must eat at the sanctuary- what a fabulous place! Wish they had chairs at th condo and umbrella. Exp. to rent. A tip would be to remove the armless Chair and put another love seat so two people can relax. No smell in the unit- very cold ac .
Would stay here again for sure!

Fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach. The Villa had everything we needed. The kitchen had a good variety of pots and pans. The washer and dryer were useful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We can't wait to return.

This is a perfect place for a couple, just enough room, and very close to beach. Also located on West Beach, so not far at all from Freshfields and the entrance to Kiawah Island. Hassle-free service from Akers Ellis. Only minor comment is that there were no knives (other than ordinary silverware) in the unit.

The management staff were very efficient and very considerate of us. They were showing the place one of the days we were there, but made sure to ask ahead of time and were even able to give us a very specific window of time when we said it was alright with us. Very nice place, close to the beach.

Enjoyed our stay a lot....nice furniture, very short walk to beach, ample clean towels. It is very small, which was fine for my daughter and me. The oven was difficult to navigate....even with the manufacturer's instructions. And, unfortunately, construction was happening in the unit above us during our stay. The noise level was upsetting....especially early morning.

Totally relaxing, loved walks and rides on the beach. Saw lots of wildlife including deer on the tennis courts. Condo was spotless and kitchen appliances were high quality. Loved the floors! Only negative was the bed, too soft and it squeaked. King sized would have been nice.

Very clean and well decorated small condo, perfect for 2. It sits on top of the tennis courts so no great views. Wish I had know there is a place to a launch a Kayak (Mingo Point for a small fee) but was advised there was no access for boats on the island. It was a great find for a short term rental and more affordable than most Kiawah units
