The Night Heron cottage welcomes you with upscale coastal finishes, hardwood flooring, an open floorplan, and plenty of natural light. In the living area, you will find comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and calming views of live oaks and palmetto trees. The fully equipped kitchen is just adjacent to the living area and offers ample counterspace to prepare your vacation meals. The dining area also offers scenic views as well as ample seating for your whole party.

The sunroom features unrivaled nature views and is equipped with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Enjoy a relaxing space to read or sip morning coffee.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, gorgeous scenic views, deck access, and a spacious writing desk. The private primary bathroom offers a double sink vanity and a walk-in, glass shower.

The secondary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, scenic views, and a TV. The third bedroom is perfect for kids as it features 2 twin-sized beds, a twin-sized day bed, scenic views, and a TV. This bedroom offers a secondary bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination that can also be accessed from the hall.

Enjoy the natural beauty of Kiawah from the cottage's deck or front porch. Additional patio seating and a new outdoor shower are offered just underneath the cottage.

The outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off after days at the beach and has hot and cold water, nice lighting, and plenty of space for changing with a bench and hooks for clothes.

The cottage is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Comfortable and clean. Walkable to the Marathon (1.6m) and the Night Heron Park. Enjoyed our weekend in Kiawah!

Enjoyed this well-decorated and comfortable home for a vacation week with a family of five and loved it! On Kiawah Island entrance side of island, making dinner and shopping excursions easy. Short walking distances to beach, The Nest Market/Cafe, Night Heron Park and biking/walking trails. Wooded back yard with water canal feature. Saw deer and numerous birds from sunroom, which is a nice amenity for extra living space (neighboring cottages did not seem to have this feature). Nice to have standalone cottage with drive-under parking, and also outside shower and covered sitting and recreation area. Rental agency very clear in communications and helpful, and obvious that owners maintain and care for the home. Cannot think of anything we wanted that was not there. Clean, well kept. A wonderful place to stay. We look forward to returning.

4129 bulrush lane was beautiful and comfortable.it is one of the nicest villas we have seen. Just like Kiawah beautiful and comfortable.
