Entering this second-floor villa, you’ll find unparalleled ocean views, ample living space, a fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, an abundance of natural light, high ceilings, and coastal finishes. The main living area features upscale and comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and double sliding glass doors that access the balcony. Enjoy meals in the dining room adjacent to the kitchen with seating for 6, in the breakfast nook that seats 4, or at the kitchen island.

The sunroom has unrivaled ocean views and offers a relaxing space to read or sip morning coffee.

The villa’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large TV, and impeccable ocean views. The room also provides enough closet space to fully unpack your vacation clothes and unwind. The private primary bathroom offers a walk-in shower and plenty of counter space.

The secondary bedroom also has a king-sized bed, a TV, ample closet space, its own private bathroom, and a shower-tub combination. The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a private bathroom equipped with another shower-tub combination.

With stunning views of East Beach, the balcony is the perfect spot to feel the ocean breeze and bask in the sun—with Kiawah’s white, soft sand literally a stone’s throw away.

This premier villa is also equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Also, be sure to enjoy biking Kiawah’s famously wide 10-mile beach or the 30+ miles of interior bike trails, golfing at one of five world-class courses, playing tennis and pickleball at the renowned Roy Barth Tennis Center, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp, nature programs, and island special events at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for sumptuous, nationally-renowned dining, historic architecture and landmarks, incredible shopping, museums, art galleries, the South Carolina Aquarium, and horse-drawn carriage rides.

Guest reservations are available from 3 to 21 nights. As an added bonus, you’ll receive a valuable, $250 credit to use towards beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and bike rentals during your stay. The choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
