In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance and the parameters set by the villa’s owner, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 3, the maximum guest occupancy is 6, and the allowed number of vehicles is 2.

This beautiful, pristine Kiawah Island vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spectacular view from its oceanfront balcony in the island’s premier multi-unit community, Mariners Watch. No other rental property is closer to the ocean, while also near the playgrounds and nature center at Night Heron Park. This property sits right in Kiawah’s East Beach, the quietest on the island!

Entering this second-floor villa, you’ll find unparalleled ocean views, ample living space, a fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, an abundance of natural light, high ceilings, and coastal finishes. The main living area features upscale and comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and double sliding glass doors that access the balcony. Enjoy meals in the dining room adjacent to the kitchen with seating for 6, in the breakfast nook that seats 4, or at the kitchen island.

The sunroom has unrivaled ocean views and offers a relaxing space to read or sip morning coffee.

The villa’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a large TV, and impeccable ocean views. The room also provides enough closet space to fully unpack your vacation clothes and unwind. The private primary bathroom offers a walk-in shower and plenty of counter space.

The secondary bedroom also has a king-sized bed, a TV, ample closet space, its own private bathroom, and a shower-tub combination. The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a private bathroom equipped with another shower-tub combination.

With stunning views of East Beach, the balcony is the perfect spot to feel the ocean breeze and bask in the sun—with Kiawah’s white, soft sand literally a stone’s throw away.

This premier villa is also equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations are available from 3 to 21 nights. As an added bonus, you’ll receive a valuable, $250 credit to use towards beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and bike rentals during your stay. The choice is yours!

Be sure to enjoy biking Kiawah’s famously wide 10-mile beach or the 30+ miles of interior bike trails, golfing at one of five world-class courses, playing tennis and pickleball at the renowned Roy Barth Tennis Center, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp, nature programs, and island special events at Night Heron Park.

Beautiful property with amazing view!

Beautiful property with an amazing view! Is clean and well kept with modern appliances. The boardwalk to the beach is a very short walk around the corner. Highly recommend this property!

This is the best one I've visited!

I've stayed at multiple properties on Kiawah Island and Seabrook Island over many years and this is the best one I've visited! The villa is very comfortable, well cared for and has everything you need. The location is convenient to the beach and other amenities on the island. I highly recommend it.
