Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This oceanfront Kiawah Island vacation rental offers beautiful ocean views from each of the 3 bedrooms. The villa is just steps from the beach.

Walk in and immediately spot the panoramic views of the beautiful blue waves right outside! Relax in the living room while soaking in the ocean view or watching TV on the flat screen. There is plenty of sitting room for the whole family with a comfortable couch and four chairs. The living room also has access to 2 decks, which offer amazing ocean views and comfortable seating for relaxing, enjoying your morning coffee, or evening cocktail. The fully stocked, updated kitchen features quartz counter tops and has everything needed to cook a meal on vacation. Guests will enjoy dining with ocean views at a table that seats 6 comfortably.

The first master suite features a king-size bed, reading nook, and a large private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second master suite features a king-size bed, access to an ocean view deck, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The final bedroom features 2 twin beds, private bathroom with shower/tub combo, and access to an ocean view deck.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

We have been coming to Kiawah often since 1983 and Windswept in East Beach is our favorite location to stay. This unit is outstanding…beautiful view of the ocean, light and airy updated decor with open floor plan, expansive deck access, great view from all three bedrooms, and exceptional access to the beach. Akers Ellis was responsive every time we called for anything. We hope to return here on our next trip to the island.

We had a great time during fall break - the condo was amazing- so nice that all bedrooms had an oceanfront view. Bathrooms were immaculate. Nice porch area. One helpful thing to have known was that there is an elevator right outside the condo that was very helpful with luggage! Will definitely return!

Very comfortable. Gorgeous view of the ocean. Excellent outdoor space for a condominium. Nice furniture, comfortable new flooring. Bathrooms are especially elegant for a rental condominium. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed with how spotless and beautiful the condo was - exactly how advertised. We loved the decks overlooking the ocean. Everything we needed was provided from cooking utensils to cleaning supplies. The new updates gave the whole space a fresh feel. No problems with anything.

Stayed here over Memorial weekend and could not have been more happy! This place looked even better than in the pictures; immaculately clean and so private and spacious that it doesn’t even feel like a condo. Large windows and balconies made it feel like we were right on the beach inside and outside of the unit. Then with the beach itself steps away - can’t wait to come back!

Great Kiawah trip!!

from arrival to departure, the place we rented at 4304 Windswept was amazing. the condo had been renovated and everything was amazing!! super clean, wonderful furniture layout, nice kitchen set up, bathrooms and showers were perfect. plenty of room and the decks outside were large and in charge, oceanfront was spectacular. wow!

Great view, comfortable stay!
