Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental features a two story townhouse layout, an open living space, 3 bedrooms, and relaxing lagoon views. Just a minute from the beach, the villa offers the convenience of staying on the beach without paying oceanfront rates.

The villa greets you with hardwood floors, a neutral color palette, and coastal inspired furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen features plenty of cabinetry and countertops and an elevated bar with stool seating for two. The dining area offers a table with seating for six and connects the kitchen and living room. The living room, just one step down from the dining room, features plenty of seating and flat-screen TV for entertainment.

On the main level, you will find a bedroom with queen sized bed and a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Ascend the stairs and find the other two bedrooms. The master suite features a king sized bed, lovely lagoon view, TV, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third and final bedroom features a king sized bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The lagoon view deck, accessible from the living room, provides a table and four chairs for taking in the island splendor.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Perfect!

We have visited Kiawah several times over the years and this is our favorite villa! The location is perfect- just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Also close to Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary. This was our first time renting from Akers Ellis and it was a very pleasant experience. When I contacted them about a minor issue during off hours, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back within minutes. We hope to return next year!
