Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This 2 bedroom Kiawah Island vacation rental, located at 4451 Windswept Villa, has hardwood floors and tile throughout, stainless steel appliances, and comfortable furnishings.

The fully equipped kitchen is located down the hall and has all white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay. There is also a breakfast bar with barstool seating for three leading into the dining area. The dining table with seating for four as well as the kitchen offer beautiful Kiawah ocean views.

The dining area opens to the living room with queen size sleeper sofa (new as of Spring 2019), two chairs, TV, DVD, CD player, IPod dock station, beverage station, and doors leading to the extra large deck with high table with seating for four.

The master bedroom is off of the living area and offers ocean views from the king size master bedroom,TV/DVD player, and private master bathroom with a large glass walk-in shower and large vanity area.

The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, TV/DVD player, and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combination that can also be accessed from the hallway.

This villa comes with a washer and dryer and wireless high-speed internet access for our guests.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

Windswept Villas are located in East Beach and are just a short walking distance from the Sanctuary hotel, Night Heron Park, restaurants, and shopping.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina aquarium, horse drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks and sumptuous dining.

Rates may change prior to booking and do not include fees and taxes.
Stays of 3 nights or less will be charged an additional fee for housekeeping.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

In accordance with the 2020 Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance and with the Akers Ellis Guest License Agreement, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 2, approved number of bedrooms is 2, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 6.

My daughter and I had to cancel a planned trip to Germany because of the corona virus. We totally switched gears and headed to Kiawah for the week instead. What a great decision. We could not have picked a better location. The unit itself is nice but it definitely feels like a rental. The bedding is different from the pictures and looks better than the pictures. We had everything we needed in the unit and we cooked our meals there every night. You will need to bring your own seasonings because you will only find a few things left by others.
All in all, we were very happy with the unit and especially the location. The rental company was wonderful to work with and responded super quickly to any questions we had. It was great to have the beach gear credit. We were able to get some bikes and beach chairs for the week.

This Windswept Villa was just what I needed for my staycation. Clean and well kept. The view was magnificent from the balcony and I could regularly see deer walking among the brush along the beach. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Truly enjoyed it.

As far as service from your agency I would say a "5".   Very easy to deal with and the app is nice.  As far as the unit, a "4". We actually loved the unit...well stocked kitchen and we had all the amenities we needed. The book of information (bike rentals, etc. was great). The only thing keeping it from a "5" was that the sheets also felt somewhat gritty...not sure if that was sand or soap residue or what. This was our first visit to Kiawah and we will be coming back! We will certainly consider using you all during our next visit.

This was a wonderful condo facing the ocean. I might be a little difficult for some older visitors to get to the condo since there were lots of stairs to first floor and the elevator started there. We especially enjoyed eating out on the deck listening to the waves and watching the sunset. It was great for a four day getaway for my husband and I and his sister. The only problem was the wifi connection, which was absent. The manager was very helpful, but unable to restore it until the last two days and only by letting us use his connection. Overall, it was a lovely condo in a great location. I

We were very satisfied with everything. I wanted to especially mention how satisfied we were with the cleaning staff's preparation of the condo. When we arrived there, we did not notice one bit of sand in the condo. The staff clearly works hard at removing all of that for the next guest. Thanks for a nice week.

This was my family's first experience with Kiawah Island, and I'm sure it won't be our last. The villa and the ocean front view were fantastic. I couldn't have asked for anything more. There is gentle peace that surrounds that area. The island is like stepping into a southern portrait. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and look forward to returning in the near future.

We really enjoyed the condo and the location was perfect with a great view of the ocean. The condo was well appointed, comfortable and overall clean except for a few exceptions. Overall we had a wonderful stay and were satisfied with the service.

Our vacation was definitely a 5 out of 5. The condo was great, the location was awesome, and somehow y'all made the weather perfect as well.

We're from and live in Charleston, so it was really nice to have a short drive yet feel so far away. And we're already talking about planning another vacation at (hopefully) the same condo, so I'm sure we'll be in touch soon.
