It is only a 5-minute bike ride to the nearest beach access.

Located in West Beach, this vacation home has it all! Relax in the living room on the sofa or 4 cozy chairs while enjoying a movie on the large flat screen TV. The dining table offers seating for 8, perfect for enjoying family meals together while on vacation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for cooking meals and includes beautiful cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large center island with 4 bar stools.

The master bedroom, located on the first floor, features access to the back deck, a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a gorgeous private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other first floor bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second level you will find a day bed in the hall, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The first upstairs bedroom features a king size bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom features 2 full beds, a TV, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Access the back deck from the living room and enjoy the outdoor furniture, gas grill, and fairway views.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golf on one of five world class golf courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, boating, kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston where you can enjoy incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, South Carolina aquarium, IMAX Theater, horse drawn carriage rides, and sumptuous dining at many of the fine dining establishments in the city.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

I’ve been renting on Kiawah for years and this house blew me away. The renovation on the home is gorgeous and everything was so clean. The location is perfect and right off the golf course. We will most certainly be renting this home again. Thank you for such a wonderful trip.

Spacious home for large or multiple families

Beautiful home and very spacious. Great location to the beach with bike paths to take you everywhere. The beach was a 10 minute walk and we had so much fun riding bikes around the Island. Large deck has plenty of outdoor seating with grill. We enjoyed all the wildlife and had a wonderful time. thank you

Great house - super kitchen - great location.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home - all the privacy of four individual bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of space for our family of 8. We loved biking to the beach and back - very relaxing. Having the bike beach carts was very helpful. Our only comment is that the ice maker could not keep up with the demand for ice - maybe an individual ice maker separate from the refrigerator would be helpful.
