Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental has an incredible location and is just about a 5-minute walk from the beach! It’s also located in close proximity to the tennis and pickleball courts, The Sanctuary hotel, and five public golf courses within a short driving distance. The fully renovated villa offers 3 bedrooms, high-end finishes throughout, and a lovely screened porch.

You will immediately enter this first floor villa on vacation mode when you are greeted by the coastal ambiance! The living area offers comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted TV, and plenty of natural light. Enjoy preparing your meals in the completely renovated kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, a stunning backsplash and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining area offers plenty of seating, including a window seat bench.

The villa’s master bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a double-sink vanity and tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom, also with a king-sized bed and TV, has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two full beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Guests will enjoy dining al fresco or simply relaxing on the villa’s screened porch. The porch has a wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, high-top table with 3 chairs, and a lounge chair. It’s the perfect place to relax in the morning or after a round of golf at one of the five public golf courses Kiawah has to offer!

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Second time renting this same property. Communication easy. Bike rental addition is a nice perk. Property is updated, comfortable & is well stocked with basics many VRBO places don’t provide (dish/laundry soap, trash bags, etc)

Perfect Setup

This condo is the perfect setup for 3 couples or 2 couples and kids sharing a room with 2 double beds. It’s pretty rare to find 3BR and 3BA. It was perfect for us for everyone to enjoy their private spaces then spend time together on the screened in patio with TV and CABLE or the main room. The walk to the beach is the same for just about everyone and the boardwalk is one down from the sanctuary. We would come back in an instant.

Nice and clean

It was a very clean property. Nicely decorated. Equipment rental can be explained better. It should be made clear that there will be a two day delay getting it. We were not aware and were able to use our bikes only for half of our stay.

Love this Villa

We had a great time staying on Kiawah Island in this adorable Tennis Court Villa which is located in the heart of the resort. Loved having the tennis courts right there, along with a quick & easy bike ride to the beach. Especially liked having the Sanctuary Hotel and Night Heron Park right around the corner as well. The Villa was clean and had everything we needed for a quick beach getaway. We have rented from Akers Ellis previously, and they're rentals are always exactly as described and immaculately maintained.
