Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a Turtle Cove villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a gorgeous lagoon view, and a screened porch. The villa is a short 5-minute walk to the beach.

This adorable, coastal-themed villa offers a living space with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and access to the screened porch. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, bar stool seating for 2, and is well equipped to meet your cooking needs. With seating for 6, the dining area located right off the kitchen is the perfect area for hosting meals. It also offers access to the breezy screened porch.

Past the living room is the primary bedroom with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. On the same side of the villa, there is a bedroom with a queen bedroom, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. On the other side of the living room, there is a bedroom with 2 full beds and private access to the hallway bathroom.

The villa’s screened porch has views of the lagoon and boasts a ceiling fan, table and chairs that comfortably seats 6.

The villa is equipped with a washer and dryer and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Very pleasant and convenient place on Kiawah. Screened in porch feels private and overlooks large lagoon. Beds and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Short walk and very short bike ride to the beach, Sanctuary, etc.

We stay on Kiawah often and this location is one of our favorites. Close to the front of the island, the beach, restaurants, golf, anything you could want while staying on KI! The place was clean which was super appreciated. Linens and towels are great quality.

Great spot for a week away

We enjoyed our stay at 4827 Turtle Cove Villa. The process of booking through Akers Ellis was very smooth and easy. Communication was good, and we loved the $250 credit for beach equipment - highly recommend the beach cart! The house was a short 5 minute bike ride to the boardwalk, approximately a 15 minute walk. Turtle point is in East Beach, very close to The Sanctuary, Town Market, and also easy access to Vanderhorst. The house was clean and well appointed. The screened porch was a nice place to sit, though there is a musty odor and I suspect the carpet may need replaced. The property could use a bathroom update. The tub/toilet area of the master is tiny which makes maneuvering around a bit difficult. The washer and dryer are kind of small and quite noisy, which can be a bit of a problem since they are right between 2 bedrooms. Some additional pots and pans would be nice, particularly a small pan that could be used to heat up a can of soup - we didn't find one of that size. Overall, this was a nice property and we would stay here again. We would definitely use Akers Ellis again.

Nicely and comfortably appointed

The furnishings are lovely and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen was minimally stocked (no salt and pepper??) but thankfully we brought what we needed. The lagoon view is lovely! Really wished the table and chairs on the porch were replaced with comfy outdoor seating because we spent a lot of time out there. Also, the toilets were difficult to flush without force to the handle which is worrisome when on vacation. Otherwise, it's a stellar spot. Go!

Good Basic Rental for 5

A bit below standard of previous Akers-Ellis rentals.
We wanted to watch football and the baseball playoff games. The cable subscriptions was only for the bare minimum of channels i.e. no ESPN, TBS, etc. and no HD.. And the bedroom TVs were small screen.
No grill-ugh. The kitchen was on the small side.
The beach gear was a good deal.

mostly good

great condo, with one exception. cable did not have any news or sports channels. for only a slight upgrade (10 to 20 monthly) would make a hugh difference for most guests. Without cnn and Braves, my nightly routine was way off. As a minor note, bikes from Akers provider were in poor condition, rusted chain and low tire air.

Great escape

Very nice rental. Quiet area about a 5 minute walk to the beach or a two minute bike ride. Spacious and comfortable. Kiawah Island is a wonderful place to visit. Do yourself a favor and order beach chairs, umbrella and bikes. Worth the cost.
