This 5th-floor Kiawah Island oceanfront vacation rental is a Windswept Villa that offers 2 bedrooms and a balcony with unparalleled views of the ocean. Enjoy a location just steps from Kiawah Island’s East Beach!

Upon entering this villa, you’ll find spectacular ocean views, an abundance of natural light, and soft coastal hues. The living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and sliding door access to the balcony. Enjoy the reading nook as a relaxing space to read or sip morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen offers gorgeous white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space to entertain. The dining area also offers ocean views and plenty of seating for your whole party.

The villa’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, crystal-clear ocean views, and a small, writing desk. The private, primary bathroom offers a marble, double-sink vanity, and a glass, walk-in shower.

The secondary bedroom features a king-sized bed and scenic views of Kiawah Island. This bedroom offers a secondary bathroom with a tile shower and bathtub combination that can also be accessed from the hall.

With stunning views of East Beach, the balcony is the perfect spot to feel the ocean breeze and bask in the sun.

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Perfect vacation rental

Great location at center of island with an unbeatable view. The condo is the best stocked rental and very clean. Modern updates like dimmers for lights, remote control ceiling fans, comfortable AC, kitchen has everything we could want for(even quality sharp knives, corn cob holders, keurig and traditional coffee makers, and pottery barn dishes . Wet bar complete with shaker, shot glass, games, puzzles, and great library of beach books. Beach bags and spare pillows in bedrooms with plenty of privacy. Showers are hot, fans works well and are quiet, and even have multiple light effects in bath-important for anyone needing nightlight in bathroom. The washer, dryer, dishwasher all work well and cleaning products are provided.

Our stay at this property was excellent. Very convenient location near Night Heron Park and the view from the balcony is wonderful. The condo was appointed well and the beds were very comfortable. Located on the 5th floor - the elevators were easily accessible and minimal wait times. The property managers were very responsive to any concerns we had and check-in/out was easy.

Great location and size for four people (2 adults, 2 teens). On the beach and near restaurants and other activities. Service of rental agency and equipment vendor were fantastic. Timely and extremely responsive. First class experience overall. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view

Nicely furnished, clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful view from the deck and close to many restaurants. It was the first time our friends had been to Kiawah and they loved our location and the beauty of the island.

peaceful and visually stunning

The space and location were everything we hoped for because this was to help celebrate my 70th birthday! It was peaceful and visually stunning. We saw deer play in the ocean one early morning and a school of dolphins playing near the shore from our balcony. Would have loved to had a longer stay! Only one little thing I would change, would to have a higher grade of toilet paper. Everything was 1st class except this small detail. I would recommend this space to everyone looking for a special location to celebrate peacefulness and beauty of the ocean and the beach.
