Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This oceanfront Kiawah Island vacation rental offers three oceanview bedrooms, exceptional views of the Atlantic Ocean, and is just steps from the beach.

Upon entering this newly renovated top-floor villa, you will immediately notice the sweeping ocean views through the arched living room windows. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, and stylish coastal decor. Prepare your vacation meals while taking in dazzling views of the ocean! The fabulously renovated kitchen features a crisp white aesthetic, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Enjoy your meals and snacks at the adjacent dining area or step outside and dine on the oceanview balcony.

The oceanview master bedroom features a king-sized bed, access to a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Down the hall, you will find the other two bedrooms, also with ocean views. The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed, access to a shared oceanview balcony, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, also has access to the shared oceanview balcony, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance and with the Akers Ellis Guest License Agreement, all guests agree that the maximum number of vehicles allowed for overnight parking is 3, approved number of bedrooms is 3, and the maximum allowed occupancy is 6.

Great villa that was spacious and the furniture was all high quality and sturdy. Some rentals opt to make it look nice then when you arrive the furniture is weak and flimsy. Everything looked and felt great. Also, the incredible views and proximity to the Sanctuary was perfect!

The property that we rented in the Windswept community was perfect! I was looking for properties that had the beach/ocean view from as many rooms as possible. The property we stayed at delivered just that. It was a very tastefully decorated condo with all the upgrades one could wish for and made my vacation more enjoyable. I will be renting this same property for my next trips to this area.

We loved this villa! We booked for the New Years weekend and enjoyed our time on the beach, watching football in the comfortable living room and cooking great meals together in the elevated kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all luxurious. And the proximity to beach access and the Sanctuary were great.

Every detail was perfect

This was BY FAR the BEST RENTAL we have stayed in over the 36 years we have been coming to the island. It had the most AMAZING views and was redone beautifully. Every detail was perfect. It was also the cleanest and included the right amount of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We want to book this same property for next Spring break!

Windswept Review

The villa was in a perfect location with a stunning view. The second I walked through the front door I saw the ocean and was in awe. The villa itself had a relaxing atmosphere, and the decor was classy and flowed with the ambience of the beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and sunrise, which was the most beautiful sunrise I have ever seen.
