In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 4.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 4 bedrooms, lagoon views, a screened porch, and a seasonal community pool. Nestled in Green Dolphin Way, this villa also offers a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach!

This second-floor Maritime Villa offers a living area with comfortable furniture equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and door access to the spacious screened porch. The kitchen area features beautiful white cabinetry and a large center island perfect for entertaining or preparing your vacation meals. The center island also offers barstool seating. The dining area is perfect as it is in close proximity to the kitchen, features door access to the screened porch, and offers ample seating for your whole party.

The private primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, a small office desk, and balcony access. It also offers a private primary bathroom with a spacious bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.

The secondary bedroom features 2 queen-sized beds, a TV, and a private secondary bathroom. The secondary bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom features 2 full sized-beds, a TV, and a private bathroom. The third bathroom offers a shower and bathtub combination.

The fourth bedroom features a twin over a full-sized bunk bed, a TV, and ample closet space. The fourth bathroom offers a walk-in shower that is accessible from the hall.

With lagoon views, the spacious screened porch offers ample seating for entertainment, lounging, and dining!

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Maritime community pool. This pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
