Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental is a two-story villa with two bedrooms, lagoon views, and less than a two-minute walk to the beach.

When you enter, you are greeted by an outpouring of natural light and a calming coastal aesthetic. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. You’ll find the kitchen is equipped to meet all of your vacation meal preparation needs. The breakfast bar offers bar seating for two. Just beyond the breakfast bar is the dining area with seating for up to 6. The living area features two comfortable sofas, accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors lead out to the deck where you can enjoy views of the lagoon.

Upstairs, you will find both bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom offers high ceilings, a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
