In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 3.

This Kiawah Island is a rare find in the Sparrow Pond community! With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this one-of-a-kind cottage is perfect for families looking for a private beach getaway.

Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, this cottage underwent a massive transformation in 2025, adding a fourth bedroom and third full bathroom! As you enter the cottage, you are greeted by an abundance of natural light, creating a light and airy feel about. The sleek kitchen highlights white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and has everything you could possibly need to cook your meals at home. The dining area has seating for 6, and an additional 3 seats are available at the kitchen island. Flowing into the living area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa and 3 chairs, plus a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Just off the living area is a spacious screened porch with 2 chairs, plus an additional television. A gas grill is available on the deck for guests to use to cook up a nice meal after a long day on the beach.

The primary bedroom is located in the back left of the cottage, and features a queen size bed, television, and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the opposite side of the cottage are 2 additional bedrooms, both offering queen size beds. The second bedroom also offers a small desk for any vacation goers needing to answer a few emails or make a couple of calls during their stay. A bathroom is also shared between the 2 bedrooms and features a beautiful walk-in shower. The front right bedroom in the cottage also has a queen size bed and a full bathroom with walk-in shower located across the hall.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). This pool is unheated and open seasonally.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

I highly recommend this property.

The property we stayed in was in excellent condition. All the important features such as kitchen appliances were top of the line and worked very well. Our beds were very comfortable and the showers were great both inside and out. I highly recommend this property.

loveliest villa I’ve stayed in

I’ve been coming to Kiawah since my honeymoon in 1996 and this is by far the loveliest villa I’ve stayed in. It was beautiful online when I was booking it. It exceeded my expectations when I walked in the door. Modern & spacious. Gorgeous appliances and kitchen. The wrap around porch being partially enclosed is genius. Super communicative property owners; I had one minor request and it was taken care of the next day. We’re looking to move down here and I would book this villa for our real estate visit, as well as next summer. Actually, I can’t imagine staying any place else. Thank you! 15/10

I absolutely would recommend.

This place was wonderful, we made a last-minute getaway, and it could not have been more perfect. We also have short term vacation rental properties and learned some things! I absolutely would recommend.

Great property

Great property for a week long get away to Kiawah. Space was clean and comfortable. Great place for a dad and his 3 boys. Very convenient to Cougar Golf.

Wonderful property

Wonderful property. We came in for the marathon. Only 5 minute walk to starting line. Home was nicely updated and clean. Everyone had their own bathroom which was perfect. We will be back.

We had a terrific stay at 1016 Thrasher Court. Kitchen was excellent for a rental with appliances and all the tools. If a king bed fit in the master bedroom that would be nice. Otherwise, a great family vacation week. Thanks

I highly recommend this cottage!

Another mom and I decided to do a last minute girls weekend with our daughters (17 & 18) over Memorial Day weekend and were excited to get lucky to find such a great property last minute. The place was very clean and had very nice touches. The decor, layout, and supplies were all great! Our family has stayed in many private rentals all over and this was one of the nicest we've been to. There were plenty of supplies, kitchen has a lot of cookware and containers to use. And the bathrooms had a very creative bathroom layout... each bedroom had there own toilet/ sink room. The master had it's own shower and the 2 other toilet/ sink bathrooms were separated but a shared shower that had doors that locked so there was privacy. I highly recommend this cottage!

Very comfortable

We stay in a lot of rental properties and this was one of the most well stocked kitchens that I have ever seen. Two couples stayed here and we were very comfortable. The beds were great everything was clean! We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

This property is the nicest cottage that we have stayed in! We love the layout, the furnishings, and it was sooo clean! We appreciated all of the amenities that they had to offer in the cottage! This was a quick 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to the beach! We will definitely be back!
