In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and spectacular deck views of the 11th hole on the Turtle Point Golf Course. Enjoy watching golfers play from the private, heated pool or relax amongst the peaceful lagoon. This vacation rental offers a 4-minute bike ride to the beach.

Upon entering the property, you’ll find exquisite finishes, ample living and entertainment spaces, high ceilings, and an abundance of natural light. Each area of the first floor fully captures the unparalleled views that Kiawah Island has to offer. In the main living area, you will find upscale and comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, additional seating for dining, and double sliding glass doors that provide access to the deck, pool, and spa. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as ample counter space to entertain and prepare your vacation meals. The kitchen also opens to a writing desk, additional seating for dining, and access to the gorgeous deck. The upscale formal dining room also offers seating for 8 and overlooks stunning views of the lagoon and golf course.

The home’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, access to the back deck, and impeccable golf and lagoon views. The room also provides enough closet space to fully unpack your vacation clothes and unwind. The private primary bathroom offers ample natural light, a walk-in glass shower, and a separate bathtub.

The secondary bedroom also has a king-sized bed, sliding doors with access to the deck, and its own private bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

The third bedroom offers a king sized bed, a TV, golf and lagoon views, and sliding doors with access to the deck. The third bathroom is located just down the hall and features ample counter space and a shower-tub combination.

The fourth bedroom is a finished room over the garage offering 2 twin-sized beds and a TV. The fifth bedroom also offers a finished room over the garage with a king-sized bed and a TV. Both bedrooms have access to a full bathroom just across the hall with a shower-tub combination.

The beautiful back deck invites you to sit back and unwind. Go for a swim, soak in the spa, lounge poolside, or dine al fresco- the possibilities are endless! Enjoy dining on the deck with a table and chairs that seat 6. Lounge chairs also allow guests to relax and sunbathe.

The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 12' W by 20' L. The pool has an electric heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. The spa can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. Contact us directly to add spa heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at 151 Augusta National. Akers responded quickly to the few calls we had to make regarding the property and issues with internet access. Without access to Wi-Fi over the holiday weekend we spent much better quality time enjoying the beach, pool, conversation, food, games, etc. Definitely a favorite for us.

Great stay!!!

We will only rent from Akers Ellis going forward. Have been coming down for over 40 years and had used another service or airbnb—-never again!!! Prompt attention to any issues and beyond satisfied with everything. Our house even came with its own alligator! Great stay!!!!
