This spacious home has everything and more! Upon entering, you will find beautiful Brazilian Cherry wood flooring, high-end finishes, and an abundance of natural light. The 2 living areas feature wooded views, comfortable seating, wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, and separate access to the pool deck. The beautiful kitchen area is fully equipped with ample counter space, a middle island with barstool seating, a Wolf 6-burner, two oven ranges, an additional Wolf oven, Microwave, warming drawer, 2 Bosch dishwashers, Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, and a wine cooler. The 2 dining areas offer close proximity to the kitchen area.

You will also find a half bathroom located in the first-floor entryway.

The first-floor primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a TV, pool deck access, and a spacious, private primary bathroom with a stand-alone tub and walk-in shower.

The second-floor secondary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, private balcony access, and a private secondary bathroom with a double sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a TV, private balcony access, and a private third bathroom with shower and bathtub combination. The fourth bedroom offers another queen-sized bed, a TV, and a private fourth bathroom with a shower and a bathtub combination.

The fifth bedroom is located on the third floor and can be accessed through the media area. The fifth bedroom is equipped with two queen-sized beds. The fifth bathroom offers a shower and bathtub combination.

The pool deck offers endless opportunities to connect with Kiawah Island’s natural views. Go for a swim or lounge poolside- the possibilities are endless!

This pool cannot be heated.
