Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry, and two expansive islands, the kitchen offers plenty of space for meal preparation, entertaining, and storage. A cozy sitting room just off the kitchen, complete with two chairs and a TV, provides an additional space to relax.

The outdoor living space is a true oasis. Surrounded by mature trees and overlooking the tranquil lagoon, the spacious deck invites guests to soak in Kiawah Island's natural beauty. Enjoy al fresco dining at the outdoor table, gather around the firepit in the evening, or lounge poolside in one of four chaise chairs. Take a refreshing dip in the 32' x 8' private pool or simply bask in the sunshine while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Located on the first floor, the primary suite provides a serene retreat. A plush king bed is framed by large windows that fill the room with natural light and offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The pool deck is also accessible from the primary suite. The en suite bathroom gives off a spa-like feel, with dual vanities, a soaking tub with marble accents, and a walk-in shower with a unique stone floor.

Ascend the stairs and you’ll find a golf simulator room so you can practice your golf swing while streaming your favorite sport event! Featuring premium synthetic turf, putting holes, and a large projection screen, it's the perfect place to practice your swing, refine your game, or enjoy watching your favorite sporting events in style.

The home's two additional bedrooms are also located on the second floor and each feature a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 includes a private en suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. An additional full bathroom in the hallway offers a convenient shower/tub combination for guests.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

The pool cannot be heated.
