In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 5, the maximum allowed occupancy is 12, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.
This Kiawah Island vacation rental is across the street from the beach access. With the pool, spa, large deck, screened porch, and elevator, this home is sure to be a favorite!
The main living space is ideal for large families with a comfortable couch, plenty of chairs, TV, and access to the back deck. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, vast cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, and an island with 3 barstools. Adjacent to the kitchen is the sunny eat-in area with a table and chairs that seat 8. The dining room also has a table and chairs that seat 10 that is perfect for family meals while on vacation. Guests can enjoy extra living space in the den.
The first-floor primary suite features a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a secondary suite with king bed and private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, also with private bathrooms, are down the hall. The bedroom to left offers a full-sized bed and twin bed. To the right, you will find the 3rd king bedroom. On the third floor, the fifth bedroom contains 4 twin beds, a private bathroom, and a second living area. This is a great spot to let kids or teens have their own space.
Outside, you can enjoy the view of the 18th fairway of Osprey Point Golf Course. Guests will love taking a dip in the refreshing pool, relaxing in the spa, catching some sun on the chairs around the deck, cooking dinner on the gas grill, or cooling off in the screened porch.
The home is equipped with a washer, dryer and high speed wireless internet. Guests are welcome to use the 2-car garage and the elevator.
The dimensions of the pool are 12' x 20'.
The pool has a gas heater, so it may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.
The spa can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. Contact us directly to add spa heating to your reservation.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
