The spacious primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Two additional king bedrooms each offer their own bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom features two queen beds and access to a full bath with a shower/tub combination, ideal for families or groups.

Above the garage, a separate game room adds extra space and is complete with a pool table, TV, and two pullout sofas.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 25 ft by 12 ft. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
