We have been coming to Kiawah for over 20 years and have stayed in various condos. Our stay this time was truly glorious. Accommodation is quiet, comfortable, elegant, and the kitchen is well equipped. The view from the balcony, relaxing, and the proximity of the beach peerless. I love the west beach setting. And hope to be back.

The condominium is lovely! Both the kitchen and bathroom are large and well appointed. The very close access to the ocean is a plus. Akers Realty is very responsive to any need. We hope to stay there again.

This unit was very open and spacious. We loved the two sinks in the bathroom, spacious shower, and well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable and I loved the view from the bedroom. We would have appreciated a kitchen sponge and more than one roll of toilet paper, however that was probably just an oversight. We enjoyed our stay so much we have booked for 2022 and can't wait.

We spent a lovely week in Kiawah in 2374 Shipwatch.
This one bedroom condo was perfect for our needs. We had a nice view and excellent access to the beach, plus the location of the condo to the front of Kiawah made it very convenient. The shower was terrific and the air conditioner kept the unit beautifully cool, in spite of the heat and humidity. We look forward to our next visit.

We kicked off the beginning of our 50th wedding anniversary here...and it was a perfect start. The condo is clean and beautifully appointed. The kitchen is well equipped, the balcony a delightful spot for morning coffee and the location perfect. It is clear the owners are actively involved in the care of the condo want their guests to enjoy their stay.

Clean and close to the beach. You can tell the owners have a vested interest in the property. The bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. The balcony was nice but not much a beach view. We would stay here again. The management company was easy to work with for the booking and early check in.

Romantic villa with all the amenities including a great view of the beach. The updated decor was really nice and the rainforest shower was amazing. This was the perfect launching spot to hit the beach, go golfing or ride your bike.
This was truly the perfect getaway spot for our 15 year anniversary.

I wanted to surprise my wife with a trip to celebrate our 15th anniversary. I searched for a villa that has updated style that I knew my wife would enjoy. This villa was better than expected. The room has really cool decor that has been updated to a modern style but is still warm. When we arrived the music was playing in a really nice sound system and the view of the ocean was beautiful and immediately relaxing.The shower was very nice and the bathroom has plenty of room. Only complaint is the towels are very new and didn’t absorb very well during our stay. The kitchen has everything we needed and has very nice custom finishes. The entertainment systems in the living room and bedroom were great and high quality with access to cable, Netflix and Prime Video.The California King bed is very comfortable and the ceiling fan was great. The closet space is very tiny but has premium hangers and a small dresser inside. It worked fine for us.We are very happy with our choice of this property and are already making plans to return.

An impeccably appointed condo that is exactly as it appears on the site. It has a perfect location with ocean views from the balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. As an older, single guest, my goal was to enjoy the ocean for three days as easily as possible; to have the elevator at the end of the beach access was perfect. I also appreciated the efficiency of all the online contact & direct check in with Akers; would choose them in the future because of it.

We have never rented a condo before, and this one far exceeded our expectations. The interior design was elegant and the view was everything we imagined. You could not top the access to the beach or the relative privacy. We plan to return next September.

Great apartment with a lovely view of the beach. Huge bathroom, clean, and fully equipped kitchen. Couch is dated but no reason to spend too much time on it anyhow. Beach is much less crowded than others and the check-in process was smooth.

Updated 1 bedroom with updated finishes. Bed very comfortable. Had issue with no blender that was quickly resolved by property management. Temperature in room was difficult to adjust. Felt like thermostat was a dummy t-stat. Partially restricted view of ocean but well kept grounds. Many deer sightings near property including two that were on the beach at water's edge.

As usual we had a great experience renting through Akers Ellis. The unit was perfect and we really enjoyed our trip. I would highly recommend our unit for a couple on a getaway. Great facility and well appointed. We were disappointed that the Straw Market had been demolished and are concerned that the new construction will change the experience in the future.

My husband and I stayed at Shipwatch in April to play golf and be close to the ocean. The villa is gorgeous inside, with a monochromatic creamy white modern decor. Very nicely appointed with SS appliances, lovely quality in the furnishings, beautiful serene bedrm, and bathroom. Perfect for a couple.

Perfect unit for a couple with prime location and views of the beach/surf & lush vegetation of Kiawah Island. Located in the West Beach portion - you are close to everything by bike and the unit is gorgeous - beautifully renovated, bright, understated luxury. Everything was as shown in the photos and working with the rental company was a breeze - would highly recommend and stay again!

I was looking for a relaxing week to unwind after months of hard work. 2374 Shipwatch Villa was a treat for sure. I found the clean lines of the interior design very soothing and luxurious. I loved the blackout shades and curtains in the Master Bedroom which allowed me to sleep in a couple of mornings! The villa is conveniently located to most amenities while offering privacy from the crowds. The property is well appointed, clean, and nicely maintained. I would highly recommend this property.
