Upstairs, guests will find the 5 additional well-appointed bedrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature queen-size beds, TVs, and private en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom 4 offers a king-size bed, TV, and large windows that bring in natural light and picturesque lagoon views. Bedrooms 5 and 6 share a beautifully designed bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and striking black-and-white details. Bedroom 5 includes 2 twin beds along with a cozy sitting area complete with a TV, 2 chairs and lagoon views, while bedroom 6 offers a king-size bed and TV, making it a comfortable retreat for additional guests or family members.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 24 ft by 10 ft. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
