House was excellent. Could not ask for better. It was clean, everything worked properly. Just watch out when you close the big drapes in the living room. If you get to close to where the rods meet in the middle the curtain hangers will fall out. Other than that, place was fantastic.

We chose this rental based on location and value when comparing to others and how we were going to use it during our 2-night stay (mostly for sleeping, showering, and easy access to the beach). It served our purpose and we had a dedicated parking spot. We were lucky since no one else was in the building so it was quiet and private. Beach access was a couple of minutes walk and was beautiful. Beach chairs are provided and a safe is also included. The unit had toiletries, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods. It was cozy for a short stay. As others mentioned, the bed is two beds pushed together but that wasn't an issue for us. Communication with Akers Ellis was quick, efficient, and timely.

Our stay was perfect. The hosts were super responsive when we contacted them about a bug issue, not out of the ordinary for a wooded, beach location. They rectified it immediately. Communication was extremely detailed and clear. Mostly, the surroundings were beautiful, the screened porch was a perfect place to enjoy coffee and the Herons in the trees. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. The island is a great place to bike, even across the marshland to Freshfields for a nice dinner at Hege’s. We saw a lot of wildlife which was enjoyable.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very close to the beach, a very short walk. You were not allowed to leave your beach items outside over night, so we did have to carry everything up and onto our balcony each day and down the next, because our outside garage was overgrown with trees, so we could not use it. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay and would return!

Our Condo was in perfect proximity to the Ocean Course golf course for the PGA championship. Short walk to the beach, and the condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated. Akers Ellis team was readily available to assist to make sure we had the perfect stay.

This condo was perfectly suited for our needs (two seniors.)  The beach was a very short walk away, and the company provided a credit that we used for renting beach chairs, an umbrella, and cart.  The kitchen was adequately equipped for the two of us as well.  While the unit is a little dated and could use a pick-me-up, it was clean and the surroundings were beautiful.  The wide beaches and sparse crowds provided a great sense of safety during the pandemic, and area businesses all require masks.

condo was very nice. Had plenty of dishes, etc. A cocktail shaker would have been nice. The location was great. So close to the beach. The stairs were very steep and I wouldn't stay on a second floor again because of the steps. All in all, a very nice condo.

Overall good. The condo was nice. We had a little issue with two cockroaches and a few other bugs in the bathroom. The front door does not shut all the way without excessive force. Other than that and the mandatory evacuation, the rental was fine.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at this location and loved it. The area is really nice and we were in walking distance to the beach. He condo we had was so quaint with all the amenities we could want. It was especially convenient having the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach mats provided. Staff was prompt in replying and courteous. Loved our stay with Akers Ellis at Kiawah.

We had a great time in the condo. It's an ideal location close to the beach, the park, and the Sanctuary. It's updated nicely and has all the amenities you need for a beach vacation. We had a great experience renting this villa. We were surprised there was no beach equipment so we decided to pay it forward and bought beach chairs and an umbrella for the villa. This definitely made our beach experience a whole lot better. If you have a bad back you probably won't find the bed mattress comfortable. Otherwise it was all good and I recommend this rental unit.

The space was charming and comfortable but a bit worn and could have been a bit cleaner. Though not quite on the beach, the short walk was very easy even while carrying our beach gear. The landscaping was lush and beautiful. I do not have the words to describe our joy on that lovely beach.

We were so happy and satisfied with our rental experience definitely a 5! The villa was beautiful I loved its dcor, and it looked just like the pictures online. Also, your iPhone and iPad app were so easy to use and being able to check in and out via mobile was the best. This condo was a great place to spend a vacation! Very clean (only a little mold in the shower), looks exactly like the pictures, close to the beach (we walked 3 miles each morning), had everything we needed in the kitchen for breakfast and fixing snacks. Management was very nice and helpful, check in and checkout couldn't be easier. We went to Bohicket Marina to Lokal and Reds for several meals, has beautiful sunsets on the water. LA Tela in nearby Fresh view had wonderful pizza, and liked the market there. Would highly recommend this property!!
