This beachfront condo was perfect for our family. The view of the beach was great, and we enjoyed the two porches. The beds were comfortable, and the location is convenient with an easy walk to The Nest and Night Heron Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo! Clean and well equipped with everything you need. Overlooking the beach with a wonderful view of ocean. Listening to the ocean waves at night was wonderful. Called maintenance for lock box issue and screen door in bedroom. They came right away and fixed both. Definitely would stay here again. Thank you for the lovely place to stay.

We took a family of 4 and had plenty of room. The unit overlooks the beach and we could even watch our kids on the beach while cooking dinner. We ate all our meals on the patio enjoying the views of the beach and the fresh air!

We really enjoyed our rental at Windswept. The location was fantastic - only a few quick steps from the beach! The rental was clean and comfortable. The balcony views are great, with nothing blocking the breeze and view of the beach. Our daughter also loved spotting deer beneath our balcony in the dunes. Would stay at this property again! One thing to note- sometimes you get lucky in rentals with some basic condiments (salt, pepper, etc). This did not have anything other than coffee filters (which, given the Covid state is probably for the best). Just something to prepare for and bring yourself.

Very nice 2BR2BA located right on the beach. We enjoyed the covered balcony- a great place to have coffee and enjoy the ocean. The condo was well-appointed. It was very quiet and only a short walk on to the beach with great views. It was a great relaxing trip. We plan to stay here again!

Unit was perfect for our family. Clean and comfortably furnished with great ocean views and two outdoor balconies (one covered). A couple issues when we got in - cable/internet not working and extra linens/supplies filling closet space. Acker Ellis had already sent us an email on the cable issue and had it and the internet fixed in less than 24 hours. And came over that day to clear out closets (and then provided us with complimentary beach chairs for our visit). This is our 4th year renting through Acker Ellis, they are professional, efficient, and are quick to respond if issues come up. This unit (especially the kitchen) had everything we needed - even providing beach mat/umbrella, chairs, bike helmets, etc. We have always been pleased with units we have rented at the Windswept condos. To date this is our favorite and we would certainly recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at Windswept Villas. The condo was in very good condition, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. All of the arrangements were easy to navigate and very convenient. Akers Ellis responded very quickly for minor issues (internet down, couldn't figure out how to activate guest shower) and resolved them in a timely manner. We loved being beach-front and found the location quite relaxing. We spent a fair amount of time biking and waking the trails and beach, and also went to Charleston a few times. We would definitely rent with Akers Ellis again, and really enjoyed Kiawah.

Rental needs a fresh coat of paint and a new entry door handle...key was hard to get into lock.

Stay was wonderful as always. Appreciate the ornament and coffee when we entered rental. It was a pleasant surprise.

Have been coming in the summer for over 14 years...never have come at this time of the year. Very refreshing. we will be returning.

Our visit to Kiawah was fantastic. The Villa was clean and well comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Even one week after a hurricane went through, everything on the island was reasonably well cleaned up and it was almost like the hurricane had never happened. That took a lot of work I am sure! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this Villa.

Great location, clean villa, great for family vacation. The only downside, there was no dvd player when it said there was. Not a big deal for most, but when you have a kid and they want to watch their dvd, not great! Overall a great place to stay.

4317 Windswept was delightful and just as described. Unit was very clean, well stocked, included a small packet of coffee too, although could use more hangers. South facing view of the ocean so sunrise is to the left. Short walk to the boardwalk path to the beach. We used the VaKay Gear offer for beach chairs and bikes. Biking was great. White tail deer walked just below the deck. Communication with property mgmt was prompt and informative.

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The views of the beach were beautiful. We met the owners who were very kind. The location is fantastic. Nice and quiet. The condo itself was very nice and well maintained. Master suite was also very nice and comfortable. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Loved this condo - the location was perfect and the two balconies with plenty of sun and shade both with gorgeous views of the ocean were so nice to have. Very clean and tidy, had everything you'd need in the kitchen. The master bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows for whatever you prefer - soft or firm. Only issue was a few lightbulbs were out - the homeowner thoughtfully has lots of extra bulbs available, but I couldn't reach the ceiling fixtures to replace them.

This was my family's first time staying on Kiawah Island and it was a great experience. The unit was as described with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach was clean and not crowded and very laid back which was what we desired. Akers Ellis provided exceptional service as property manager through prompt responses to any questions both before and during our stay. I would recommend the unit and Akers Ellis to my friends.

This was our first trip to Kiawah, and we loved the island! The rental was clean, arrival was easy and best of all was the location! Easy and quick walk to beach made it no trouble at all to spend a few hours each day at the beach before venturing out later for a walk, dinner or shopping. The views from the rental were gorgeous, I love being close enough when at the ocean to hear the waves and this place delivered! We had a relaxing week and can't wait to come back (hopefully sooner than later).

Stayed here for spring break. I enjoyed the amazing sunrises while the teenagers slept in. We enjoyed sitting on the beach, running, biking and the tennis clinics for my 14 year old daughter. The kitchen was well equipped for enjoying meals in the unit. Had a great day trip to Charleston which was a short drive. Perfect location for active fun and relaxation!

This was a great choice for our family of 4 (Even the teenagers). Kiawah is a little isolated from Charleston, but that was the appeal. One day in town, one day at the historic plantations, and several spring days for tennis and walking on the beach just to relax. The unit was well organized, close to The Sanctuary and all the comforts of home. Add that to the perfect spring weather and it all added up to a great family spring break. Thank you!!!!
