This unit was perfect for four adults over the marathon weekend. The location was close to The Nest market/cafe, the bike rentals at The Sanctuary, and the marathon route. The communications from the rental agency were excellent and made check in easy. Thanks!

The condo had a nice location between the beach and the pond, so we had the best of both--a close walk to the beach, and the pond to admire from the condo.
The condo had cute beach themed decorations and everything you might need in the kitchen to make meals. It was clean and had a comfy/firm mattress in the main bedroom. We arrived very late at night and I had let Akers Ellis know we would be arriving late. They had left lights on inside for us! That was so welcoming! Our beach gear was already delivered, so we were ready to start our vacation first thing the next morning. There are alot of steps to get to the front door and to the second floor of the condo. I could see that being an issue for some folks, but it was fine for us. Thanks for a great time and for the quick responses when I had questions!

Convenient to many beach boardwalks, Night Heron Park and Nature Center and to both the West and near East beach areas and many miles of bike trails. Very clean and uncluttered. Great view of lagoon and much birding and wildlife. Enjoyed the small deck for morning and evening coffee, etc.

Great location to beach and short walks to many enjoyable locations. Covid virus hurt some because most restuarants were closed or operating at lesser compactly but weather was great and beach time was great.

Perfect location to watch and participate in the Kiawah Half and Full Marathon. Easy walk to start and finish. Sanctuary is close by for cocktails and you have great beach access.

Unit was clean, well equipped and well maintained. Location on lagoon gave us access to various species of wildlife in a natural setting and beach was a 5 minute walk. Property management was responsive and results were excellent.

We were very happy with our stay at 4366 Windswept. We are a family of 4 with two young kids (ages 4 and 2) and this condo was a great place to use as our home-base for our first trip to Kiawah. We liked that it was such a short walk to the beach (literally across the street from the boardwalk entrance) and also an easy bike ride to the Night Heron Pool and Sanctuary hotel. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed to cook many breakfasts, lunches and dinners. We found the condo in nice, clean condition when we arrived and the beds were quite comfortable. We did enjoy having the TVs in our rooms to entertain the kids while they were recovering from endless hours at the beach! Overall, this is a well appointed, well kept condo that served our needs very well. Would definitely recommend to others!

We have been coming to Kiawah Island for years now, and have rented everything from a beachfront home, beachfront condo, and now the lagoon view condo/townhouse. Overall we find the lagoon view condo very accommodating with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking the same unit next year!!!

I only have 1 suggestion to improve the property; please upgrade to the high definition package for the TV. During my stay I was trying to watch the NBA playoffs, and I had to go to a friends condo to watch it as the standard definition TV is unwatchable (1st world problem I know).

Great property, very clean and stocked well. Would stay again, it's a great location and the check-in process was easy. The only negative was a maintenance issue and not able to get in touch with someone until the next day because it was after 10PM.

We loved this unit in Windswept. It was perfect for my family of 4 and it was impeccably tidy when we arrived. Its proximity to the beach, pool, bike trails and lagoons made for a very picturesque stay in Kiawah.

Overall our stay was very enjoyable.
This unit is in a great location. It overlooks an active lake with great birds and alligators. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and Night Heron Park, with basketball courts and a playground.
The condo was very clean with updated kitchen and baths. Tastefully decorated.
The vacation rental management staff were very helpful and took care of any questions right away.
The deck is old and needs railing replacement.

We had a great time at Kiawah. We have been there many times so know exactly where we like to stay. This is a very well maintained and updated condo. It has a good view of a pond and also is just a 2 minute walk from the beach.

My son and I decided on Kiawah to celebrate Christmas and my birthday. We have stayed with Akers Ellis multiple times and this unit was one of the few available. We were very pleased with the unit - it felt spacious and was beautifully updated. The view off the porch was lovely. We would stay in this unit again as didn't want to leave!

The location of this condo is excellent with young children. The beach is a very short walk. We loved having coffee on the porch overlooking the lagoon. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the property was updated and clean. It was a refreshing break - exactly what we needed. I gave the condition four stars only because a drawer face in the guest room was separating and could have easily pinched fingers. Also, the ice maker was not working but there were reusable cubes in the freezer.

Loved the condo. It was very clean and newly renovated - the kitchen and bathrooms were great! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Great seating in the living area. The bed sheets were thin and pilled and need to be replaced. Akers Ellis was very responsive and attentive to all of our questions and needs. We highly recommend this rental!

We loved the townhouse in which we stayed. It was decorated beautifully, comfortable, and had a fully stocked kitchen. We also loved the short walk to the beach, and the chance to look over the pond.

We would definitely rate the rental a 5! It was just as pictured and so nicely decorated. We would love to return in October for our childrens fall break and experience a little warmer weather. We thoroughly enjoyed Kiawah Island and the proximity to Charleston.
