4427 Windswept Villa

The views are wonderful from all the rooms. Every room has access to a balcony as well as a private bathroom. The rental is very clean, and there is a nice laundry room. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, glasses, etc… but we could not locate any salt/pepper or cooking oil. Having the beach gear delivered and picked up was a great convenience!

Beautiful condo right on the beach! I loved waking up to watch the sunrise. The unit was clean and kitchen was very well stocked. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in this unit several times and always enjoy our stay. The views are gorgeous and we especially like having 3 decks. Previously the room with the twin beds also had a small cot that could be used to sleep an extra child, but this year it was not there. My only suggestion is to have a cot or blow up mattress available. Otherwise I would have rated the amenities as a 5.

This was our fourth stay in Kiawah, and by far this was the nicest place we have stayed. Everything was perfect from the beach front location to the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans to make cooking a breeze. The house was bright and clean. The ocean views and sounds were beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely rent this home again.

The villa was very clean and well equipped. The beach equipment did not work well for us. I am 79 and my sister 83. We found we could not transport and put up the umbrella . We would have preferred having the umbrella and chairs placed for us every morning..
We loved the views from all the rooms and the outdoor space.

This was a perfect anniversary getaway for my husband and I (early 40s) and my parents (early 70s) who all live in the midwest and rarely see the ocean...or get to spend a lot of time together. We needed two master bedrooms with en suites and it was perfect - with two twin beds and an extra bathroom to spare. Akers Ellis was easy to book through and has a great app to help plan for the trip beforehand.

When we arrived at the property, we were impressed right away by the condition of the condo and its large windows and amazing view of the ocean. It looked like it had just been renovated with updated colors and lovely, understated decor. Everything was very classy, clean and comfortable. There were 3 balconies as it is a corner spot. We fixed breakfast and ate out on one every morning and made a steak and shrimp dinner one evening- the kitchen had everything we needed and the wine fridge was also a helpful touch. Although it stormed most of our stay, we had a lovely time playing cards and relaxing watching movies together on the very comfortable furniture. And we were close enough to the beach that when the clouds did clear we could get right out and enjoy it using the chairs and towels provided in the unit. But the views of the ocean/beach were the highlight of the trip -rain or shine - brilliant and breathtaking. I highly recommend this property.

It was a very hot week, so we enjoyed the views from the villa most of the time. It is a beautiful island. A wonderful villa. Very clean. Even though we do not cook, the kitchen is well supplied.

We have stayed in Kiawah several times but this was our first time renting from Akers Ellis. Their service was awesome. We had a small issue with a key and they resolved it within 10 minutes of me sending an email! The unit was beautiful and spotless. We love to cook and the kitchen was well -stocked. Sharp knives/ bakeware/ lots of pans. Beds were comfortable. Decor current and in good repair. Will be using Akers Ellis in the future!

Our family loved staying here - the condo complex is right on the beach, so no need to drive or bike to get there. The condo itself is gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, lots of clean linens, bath and beach towels, a couple of beach chairs and a boogie board. The kitchen and bar area had with everything we could possibly need - all we had to bring was food and beverages. The place looks just like the photos and was very clean. Views of the beach from every room was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely oceanfront villa that is very convenient to the Kiawah amenities including the nature center and Night Heron Park for recreational activities. One can see the sun rise and set from the villa and every bedroom has an individual deck. It is fun watching the dolphins swim by at the proper tides and you can ride a bicycle on the beach. The unit is beautifully decorated and well furnished.This is the second consecutive year that we rented 4427 Windswept and will return again in November. The staff is very professional and we would strongly recommend Akers Ellis as a rental company.

Great rental. Nice views. We wish the weather would have cooperated more, cool days. Still nice to walk over to the Tennis Center - the condo is very close to the courts. Walking on the beach was amazing. We contributed some chip clips to the condo. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the condo was great!

This was the perfect getaway for us three couples after celebrating our son's wedding in Charleston. We wanted a place to relax and walk on the beach. The location was superb. The condo was ideal: every room had a balcony, a TV, private bath, and ocean view and we could sleep with our windows open, listening to the ocean and never needed the AC. We loved it! The condo was charmingly decorated and very cozy with plenty of room in the common area for us to eat and play games together, but lots of privacy too! The location was great as it was close to restaurants and shops, and other activities.

This Windswept villa is lovely with spectacular views! Photos typically are better than the actual unit, but we found an exception here: 4427 Windswept is better in reality!

It truly is a wonderful unit and we would love to rent again next year when my husband returns for the Internal Medicine conference.

The staff is great. Anderson was most helpful getting the sheets replaced as was everyone I spoke with by phone. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone coming to Kiawah. In fact, we didn't even miss using the pools! (I was hesitant about renting a place without resort amenities.) The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Although we didn't cook any meals (ate out...vacation time!), they have a nice skillet to scramble eggs:~)) Didn't even mind using old fashion ice trays!

The best news: We saw a sea turtle ashore to lay her eggs one night! So exciting~~
