In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 2, the maximum allowed occupancy is 4, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.
Please note: Beginning in early December, the building will undergo deck and stairway renovations. While the exact scope and timing of activity may vary, some disruption is possible. Current rates have been adjusted to reflect this work.

When you enter the main living space, you are greeted with high ceilings, an abundance of natural light, and ocean views. You will also find comfortable seating, soft neutral hues, a wall-mounted TV, and sliding door access to the oceanfront deck. The open kitchen area is equipped with stainless appliances and ample counter space to prepare your vacation meals! The cozy dining area provides ample seating for your whole party and is perfect for entertaining with its close proximity to the kitchen area.
The oceanview primary bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The secondary bedroom offers a queen bed, a TV, and a secondary full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination.
Sliding doors in the living room lead you to a shaded afternoon deck. Perfect for getting out of the hot afternoon sun while relaxing and enjoying the ocean view.
The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
The front exterior entrance of this villa building has a short flight of stairs, with an ADA-compliant ramp up to the first floor, with access to an elevator or use of adjacent stairs.
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
