4580 Parkside Villa

Super great location and very comfortable…especially the beds. The weather was unseasonably cool while we were there but the heat kept us warm. Kitchen was well supplied which was important as we made many meals while there. We had an issue with the lever in the toilet and someone was there to repair very quickly. Highly recommend this condo.

My stay was excellent everything that was listed. While in the unit, I enjoyed myself to the fullest. I would recommend you to my friends and family. Thank you so much. We just didn't get a chance to use the credit because of the cold in ice. But overall it was fantastic.

Great spot for a girls weekend. Plenty of space to work remotely when needed, all three bedrooms were comfortable and we loved having the dock to sit out on for happy hour and star gazing.

We had a great time at this unit. The view over the pond is absolutely beautiful and was great for mornings and evenings. It's a short 7-10 minute walk across the bridge to boardwalk 22. We would stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is great. It's very close to the beach & bike trails. We loved watching the alligators, birds and turtles each day. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for cooking.

We enjoyed our short stay in Kiawah. The villa is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Very close to the beach and a lot of opportunities to watch wildlife. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the screened porch and spending time at the beach.

Rental process was very smooth. Property was a great value and well stocked in terms of cooking and eating utensils and washer and dryer. Hair dryers, etc. Location excellent- first time we’ve been at Parkside. Loved our trip!

We’ve been coming to Kiawah for many years but this was our first time in the Parkside Villas. The unit was very spacious and we loved the screen porch which overlooked the water. The perfect place to hang out regardless of the time of day! Nice kitchen with all that you need and the bedroom downstairs gave extra privacy as well.

The villa bathrooms and carpet were newly renovated. The decor was good and the layout was very nice. We had three teenagers and two adults and the bedroom on the main level with its own access to the deck was very nice. Loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom and the kitchen was a nice size. We loved the layout and location. The villa was very clean.

We visit Kiawah once or twice a year, and this was our first time staying in a condo vs. a house. I was worried about noise from neighbors (or moreso from ourselves, since we have two high energy boys) and less privacy, but it was quiet and peaceful and private! We LOVE the view from this condo and enjoyed coffee and happy hour on the deck daily. The beach is relatively short walk, and we especially enjoy being right next to Night Heron Park and all it has to offer families. Akers Ellis is a top notch rental company--easy to work with, helpful and responsive. (We left our coffee grinder and they promptly shipped it to us, no charge!) Highly satisfied and highly recommend this rental. Wish we could stay the whole summer!

Beautifully furnished, centrally located and great updates. With two floors, large newer kitchen and 3 bathrooms this layout is perfect for several people. The location is awesome with screen porch and a deck on the lake to enjoy sunsets and the many birds that cruise by. We will return!

The property was clean and nice as it has been in the past. The wifi was spotty in the house and the outside keypad was not easily closed upon first use. All in all a great stay.

We loved our stay at Kiawah island. The house was beautifully appointed, extremely clean and made our stay perfect. We loved the screened porch and open dock so we could visit the resident alligator. He community was extremely friendly and very exclusive which we loved. The walk to the beach was easy and short and the beach was very clean. Check in and check out was so simple with the Akers Ellis app. All in all we will be going back and staying here again. The only thing I would potentially suggest is to provide beach chairs and an umbrella for guests:). Thank you for a wonderful long weekend.

Our family has been vacationing on Kiawah Island for the past 25 years. This is our third year at Parkside Villas and it has become our favorite location on the island due to its proximity to the beach, Night Heron Park, and Town Center. Our two-year-old granddaughter loves the nearby playground and nature center, which is a short walk away.

The unit itself is beautifully furnished with updated kitchen and bathrooms. My only criticism is that it did not have a king size bed in the main master suite. We did like the fact that there was seating with a coffee table on the screened in porch as opposed to the dining table in last year's nearby unit. It made for more comfortable seating for more people. My husband loved to sit there and read. It had a great view of the bridge.

The day we arrived, a tropical storm was approaching. We appreciated the fact that Akers Ellis made it possible for us to check in two hours early, allowing us to get settled in before the storm hit.

Kiawah Island is our new favorite beach! This was our first time visiting Kiawah and we loved it. The villa was perfect for our family of 6. Very clean, nice furniture and a great view of the lagoon. Lots of things included...,linens, bath towels, etc.The beach was a short bike ride away. We really enjoyed everything about the villa and Kiawah, we will be back!

Our family had a great stay at this Parkside Villa. We have stayed at different Parkside units over the years and this is definitely a good one. Only two concerns though - there are no ceiling fans inside (only on screen porch outside) and it would be really niece to have air circulation without having to turn down the AC. Also, the mattresses and pillows are way overdue for replacement. Other than that the unit is nicely decorated. Amazing views and a close walk to the beach or Sanctuary. Would definitely recommend and especially recommend Akers Ellis, the rental company, they are first rate!
