A generous dining area between the kitchen and living rooms comfortably seats six, and leads to additional seating on the breezy screened-in porch. The private, multi-level deck and dock is accessible via sliding glass doors off the open-concept main living space and also via the screen porch, allowing for excellent flow and room to spread out. The third bedroom has two twin XL (suitable for children or adults) beds, a Smart TV, and an adjacent bath with a tub/shower.
