Property is in a great location - easy access to the beach, Night Heron Park, Market Place, etc. Well furnished and well maintained! The enclosed patio / sunroom area was very nice and made the unit feel extra spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Akers Ellis was very responsive about the only issue we ran into - none of the TVs were smart TVs (we had hoped to watch something on Netflix or another streaming service) and we didn't have an HDMI cable to hook up our laptops. There was a DVD/VCR unit, so we went to rent some Redbox movies, but found that the DVD player was broken (we hooked it up to all 3 TVs in the unit). Akers Ellis was awesome and delivered an HDMI cable to us. It did not work on the TV in the main living area, but we were able to get it to work in the second bedroom. Not a deal breaker for a short visit, but it was nice to be able to be set up for a family movie night for our week-long stay.

The property was exactly as explained and situated in a nice location. The property was clean. Kitchen could have been better stocked with basic items. Some basic maintenance (dryer issue and master shower door issue) were reported to rental agency. We enjoyed the beach, long bike rides and visiting with family.

Everything was great! Location and cleanliness were perfect.
Washer and dryer unit could use some attention. Washer had to be unplugged several times to work and dryer would randomly kick off and only dry clothes after being on for 1hr 30mins.

This sweet 2 bedroom villa is perfect for the last minute getaway. It overlooks the tennis courts, and is minutes away from the beach, golf courses, and the Village at Freshfields. The villa was clean and welcoming. I would stay here again, especially for the price!

We found this villa as described. Kitchen is well equipped. King bed is comfortable. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk to beach.
The rental agent was quick and timely when I called about a lightbulb that needed replacement. We were not familiar with the NEST thermostat and there were no instructions so we experienced temperature fluctuations that the rental agency person helped us resolve for our comfort the rest of the stay.

This villa offered a comfortable place to unwind. The kitchen is updated and well equipped. As with all villas, you have a great sense of privacy but within close proximity to tennis, the beach and dining. We walked to tennis and the beach several times/day and the bike rentals were very convenient. Beds were comfortable and location was quiet. We saw deer throughout the day! A magical place you won’t want to leave! Check-in/out were seamless.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 4691 Tennis Club Villa during a family vacation- lovely, tasteful decor, very clean and spacious. It was a good as the photos showed on internet! Comfy beds, convenient bathrooms. Appreciated a well-equipped kitchen; property well-maintained and management responded promptly to questions. Quiet; fine landscaping. Enjoyed biking the trails despite the heat & humidity. While we thoroughly enjoyed the beach we would have enjoyed access to a swimming pool. We would definitely recommend the property to friends & relatives.

Our family had a wonderful week making memories that will last a lifetime. The location of this spacious 2 bd condo is ideal. Close to the beach, parks, bike paths, golf, tennis, The Sanctuary, etc. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We planned a girls getaway to Marco Island for a 60th Birthday celebration however Hurricane Irma had other plans. Thanks to the helpful staff at Akers Ellis we were able to divert our party plans to Kiawah! The rental was wonderful. It was beautifully furnished and conveniently located close to the beach. The app made it possible for everyone to see our new destination easily and it provided great suggests for bike rentals and things to see and places to eat. With the location so close to Charleston we were able to enjoy the beach as well as the city nightlife. The Uber service allowed us to safely enjoy beverages is our choice knowing we had safe transportation. After seeing all of our pictures and what a great time we had, other friends have asked to do this again next year and they want to be included . We made lasting memories with lots of great scenery, incredible food and most of all lots of laughs.

We really enjoyed our stay at this pretty condo. We have been to Kiawah many times but this is the first time we stayed at the Tennis Club Villas. We really appreciated the central location and the proximity to the beach. It was a short .5 mile bike ride to the beach. The condo itself was nicely decorated, very clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of seating in the living area and the kitchen was well equipped. We would not hestitate to rent this unit again on a return trip to Kiawah. Love the easy check-in/check-out procedures with Akers Ellis too.

It's a very short car ride to the beach, it is too far to walk especially with kids. We loved our stay at Kiawah island and 4689 Tennis Club Villa.

This tennis club villa was a wonderful place for our family to spend time together over the holidays. The layout of kitchen and living room is very open. The kitchen is fully furnished. Newly updated/renovated villa.
Great location: short bike/walk to beach, Night Heron Park (playground), and Sanctuary.

A nice, recently updated villa, tastefully done and well-maintained. We wish the unit had a screened in porch, or any sort of porch. The lack thereof made the whole experience a bit claustrophobic during a period of lovely weather. Too far from the beach to conveniently walk.

A couple of technical glitches that management should address: the dryer didn't heat up, the master toilet bowl appeared to be a bit loose.
