Clean apartment, well located, nice windows, good light, very clean. It was well stocked with pots and pans, games, etc. FYI there are no cooking accoutrements— no oil, no salt, no pepper, no coffee.

Our host offered flexibility and we appreciated it. The unit is homey with great water views. As a plus you don't hear the noise from the tennis courts, something we experienced in other Tennis Villas.

Beautiful spot. We were focused on beaching & biking our entire stay, so we were easy to please. The wildlife was a nice surprise as well: Deer, dolphins, & sea turtles.

This is a very nice unit with lagoon view and easy access to beach, Town Center and Sanctuary. The unit is very clean and very spacious. We had a great time spending a week there.

Nice condo close to tennis courts. Very clean and area was beautiful. A lot of work on landscaping starts at 8am so don’t plan on sleeping in. Other than the constant blowers and mower noise, this was a great location.

Well stocked kitchen to cook meals in. Clean. We enjoyed golf, tennis, and the beach. I recommend bike rentals to enjoy the entire island.

We had a lovely, quiet New Year's week in this very pleasant villa. We were pleasantly surprised by how roomy it was, and how well the furnishings had held up. Having morning coffee in the comfortable, sun-washed sitting area, watching wildlife on the pond, was a great start to a day. Two tips: the lockbox for the entry key is a little hard to operate, creating some first-night stress, and the guest book actually recommends the second-best beach entry, given the location of the villa. I think it's No. 28, rather than 29, that's best - the one closer to the Sanctuary.

This villa was absolutely gorgeous and cozy! We were visiting the Island to run the marathon. The villa was only 5 minutes away from the start line which was so convenient. It was clean and was well equipped with all the essentials such as a coffee pot, etc.

Akers Ellis made renting so easy! The place was exactly as described and the notebook with keys and all the info was super helpful. This place had an amazing addition of a closed in porch with windows and it made all the difference for us! We all could spread out and be in the same area but not doing the same thing. Kids enjoyed the nice tucked back place to ride bikes and finding the beach was super easy. Close to the market, tennis courts, and Sanctuary hotel we enjoyed all the amentities! My only complaint was that we didn’t get a lot of channels on the xfinity and normally it wouldn’t matter but it’s the playoffs for baseball so we missed a few games.

Excellent. I requested an early check-in that was granted to me likely because I had previously stayed a week in this unit and was about to stay another two weeks. The unit was quit, clean, and relaxing! The pictures of the property and amenities are exactly as stated/portrayed. The property also came with a $150 Beach Gear/Bike credit which made it easy to see and enjoy the beauty of the island.

We have been going to Kiawah for years and, most of the time, rented from Akers Ellis. They are the best on the island. The unit is beautifully appointed and sits right next to a lagoon which made for a very pleasant view. Everything was clean and worked well. I would suggest 2 things for the owner - an updated coffee pot and 4 matching wine glasses!

This vacation was old friends celebrating over 40 years of friendship. Loved it. This villa is perfect... very clean and well appointed. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. As for the management company, they always are extremely accommodating and I give them a 10.

The space was clean and very spacious for the two couples we had on this trip. We love the triangle sitting room which made for a great relaxation and quiet time in the morning! Very easy to access, get into community with instructions and lockbox code. Great job!

No place is quite like Kiawah - Paradise to us! Our stay this year was perfect! Our rental was exceptional - clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture and quiet surroundings. The location is near The Sanctuary and Market as well as golf and tennis areas. It was a great rental and we would do it again.

Very satisfied with the unit. Would rent it again. The only suggestion is to change out the front door key lock. It was very hard for my wife and kids to lock and unlock.

The size of the unit and layout were perfect. Very nice furnishings. Location to walk to the beach was good. The cleanliness was the only issue. Very dusty. There was mold in the shower that could have been removed easily. The cleaning company didn't do a thorough job. They didn't even clean the counters all the way as there was strawberry jam on the counter. A grilling location near the building would have been nice, Also the option to pay for access to the Kiawah facilities at Night Heron Park.

We loved the villa and were very satisfied with our stay! It was very easy to check in and out. The only thing that the owners might consider is a bigger flat screen TV. Current ones are small.
We hope to stay in the same place next year.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. The villa was more than adequate. It does need a big pot for a low country boil.There were some dead bugs in the sunroom on arrival, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
