Turtle Point Golf Course and The Sanctuary are just a short stroll away, and the beach is only a 9-minute walk, so you can spend your days on the fairway, having lunch at Jasmine's Porch, or with your toes in the sand, then come home to a peaceful lagoon retreat that feels like your own.

The screened porch is the heart of this home. Settle into the deep-cushioned wicker sofa and armchairs under the ceiling fan breeze and watch the light play across the lagoon. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, an afternoon with a good book, or evening drinks after a day of exploring. Sliding glass doors open from the porch to a welcoming living room dressed in ocean blues and sunset coral, with a plush sofa, a woven coffee table, and a flatscreen TV with YouTube TV. A mini wet bar adds a little extra space for entertaining, whether you’re mixing cocktails before dinner or setting out snacks for game night.

The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space, with everything you need to cook a full meal or a simple breakfast. Just beyond, a sunny dining nook with bistro-style chairs overlooks the water and creates an open flow in the space. The rope chandelier and shiplap accent wall add a coastal charm that is best appreciated with a home cooked meal enjoyed together.

The primary bedroom is filled with natural light, with light-filtering curtains to soften the morning sun. Sink into the cozy king bed, catch a show on your own TV, then step into the beautifully renovated en suite bathroom with a double vanity, brushed gold fixtures, and a walk-in shower wrapped in sea-glass tile with both rain and handheld showerheads.

The secondary bedroom with two double beds, is ideal for kids, friends, or extra family. It also has its own TV and large windows that fill the room with natural light. The updated hall bathroom, with a shower/tub combination and marble vanity, is right next door.

The villa is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Please note the villa does not have traditional cable TV, however, YoutubeTV is provided.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $250. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.
