Well appointed and convenient location. Excellent view of the lagoon, and very close to the beach and the Sanctuary. Can’t ask for more.

Located in great area close to a number of activities, we really enjoyed our stay here. The bedroom and beds were super comfortable and the pond view was great. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Turtle Cove. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful birds visiting the cove every day. We also enjoyed searching out the alligators from afar. We loved that there were three bedrooms and three bathrooms. So perfect for a vacation rental.

We loved our stay in Kiawah. We loved to wake up and watch the various kinds of birds (and alligators) make an appearance out the back porch. The nature bike ride was wonderful. We loved the house that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was a great rental!! Would highly recommend.

What a lovely stay at this 3 bedroom condo. The host company was fantastic. We loved the screened in porch where we enjoyed coffee and chit-chat time. The mattresses were like heaven and the showers were terrific. We kept saying how much we all enjoyed staying in this condo. 8 thumbs up from 4 cousins.

I have always wanted to stay on the river! The views are perfect which is good since it was too cold to do much outside. Kitchen was perfect and had everything you would want. I love having the essentials -- trash bags, kitchen soap, spices, etc. Always a nice touch in my opinion! Look forward to coming back when it is warm!!

This property is very nicely updated. We enjoyed our stay prior to Thanksgiving. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and the induction cooktop is great. The one thing that could be better about the property is the lock on the entrance door. It is difficult to unlock it. In fact, we thought it was broken when we first tried it and had to call the office for help. Replacing the lock would make life easier for guests. Other than that, this is a great unit - comfortable beds, peaceful view, and an easy bike ride or walk to the beach.

We enjoyed a week at this gorgeous, beautifully decorated property. Everything had been recently renovated, brand new bathrooms and kitchen, and we could tell lots of thought went into all the details.
A few faves- The kitchen has a large empty pantry, perfect for storing your food for the week! No more cluttered countertops! King bed in the Master was comfy, and the two additional rooms are generously sized, with two large beds in each. The screened in porch with the lagoon view was perfect for bug free cocktails in the afternoon. The living room set up was very comfortable, especially the two swivel side chairs.
It was a 2 minute bike ride to the beach, and we took advantage of the Island Beach Services to have umbrellas and chairs set up for us for the week. We used the $250 gear credit to rent bikes (a must!), and a skim board that our 12 year old adored.
Turtle point has lovely paths with bridges over the ponds, we spent a lot of time biking, walking, taking pictures of wildlife.
Wonderful condo, highly recommend!

We enjoyed this villa. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen was stocked well.
My only suggestion would be a few end tables or a coffee table for the porch.

This unit was very nice! All the furnishing and the supplies were nice! The beds were excellent!
The few reasons I could not give 5 stars across the board:
The Akers Ellis app did not have the lockbox number available when we arrived at the condo. I had to call.
On the patio, there were large food crumbs left from either the cleaning crew or the last guests. There was some type of furniture cover underneath the sofa on the patio.
Some of the blinds in the master bedroom and bathroom were broken; small amount of mold on the shower curtain in the master

Our family of five LOVED this property. Close to the beach and had everything we needed. Very clean, decorated beautifully simple, and ample space. We would definitely rent here again.
