Great location and condo in great condition. Great views. My only complaint would be there is no lock on the master door. As a condo made for families it definitely needs a lock! Regardless I would stay here again as it’s a great place.

Akers Ellis is the best all around. Superb service. This Villa is beautifully renovated. Furnishings top notch, high end appliances. The views are everything you expect; even more lovely than the pictures. Steps to the beach...elevator down four floors and you’re on the boardwalk! We loved that it’s by the elevator-made unloading the car a breeze! We already have reservations for September. Will be staying here next year for sure. Highly recommend!

Our Windswept Villa was very nice , well equipped, and comfortable. My only issue is the VayK $250 credit for gear. We really wanted to get 4 bikes . We did not want the chairs and umbrellas because they leave them at the Villa for us to haul to beach each day, We preferred to pay to have a company set them up/take them down for us right on beach each day . The credit would have been nice to use for the bikes , $47 each, but they only allow $100 ( out of $250 ) credit to be used for the bikes ... and we would pay extra $25 to deliver ... and we would have had to pay for 2 more bikes on our own , they were more expensive than bike rental that we like (baskets and helmets are free) .. , and they would charge $15 for baskets on each bike, and more for helmets ! ..so we decided this credit was not a money saver for us . I wonder why we could not use all of the credit towards 4 bikes ? Just wondering Thanks you , everything else was great !

Overall it was an enjoyable stay at this location. The location is beautiful with lovely views of the ocean, which is a convenient 3 minute walk from the condo. The condo furnishings were very nicely done and the bathrooms and shower facilities were excellent. The dishwasher isn't the best, with the drying cycle not working very well, requiring hand drying of the dishes. It also would have been nice to have better television viewing options, as all that seemed available were the basic channels. Wi-Fi connection worked very well for us. Two biggest issues we encountered were the sliding glass door windows were so dirty upon arrival that we had to clean them in order to view the ocean. Unfortunately there were very few cleaning supplies available. Additionally, when it rained, the outside balcony would accumulate over an inch of water, that had to be hand mopped in order to sit on the balcony. This took approx 30 mins each time it rained hard.
But, as mentioned, overall it was an enjoyable stay.

This unit is well located and beautifully decorated. It is well designed - except for the second bedroom - which is a creative way to have additional bedding but a bit challenging for adults. The room door and closet door get in each other's way and the light switch is behind the entry door. The Master suite is comfortable and well designed. The kitchen is well stocked with basics for cooking/eating, unlike many. I expect we'll stay there again.

This villa is a real gem. Very nicely done with wonderful high end appointments. Villa location is very close to Sanctuary hotel and other amenities. Awesome view of the ocean via the deck as well as wonderfully big windows across the living room and main bedroom. Akers Ellis was extremely professional and the entire process was so easy and seamless it was a refreshing experience. We will be back again soon!

We have been staying at Kiawah and Seabrook for many years and have stayed on numerous condos and worked with numerous rental agencies. We really prefer the check-in/check-out process via app and key availability in the lock box setup so we don't have to carry it around provided by Akers Ellis. We are a family of 4, and have stayed in both this unit and the sister unit 5130, and you can't go wrong with either. Both have a great beach feel and very good sleeping setups for parents and children alike with well-stocked kitchens. Our kids love the bunk bed in both units, and they do help provide a lot more floor space, although there is always a negotiation on who gets the top bunk. This unit feels a little bit smaller than the sister unit, particularly at the entry way and in the master bathroom. However, it has a great master shower for after a day on the beach, and a larger outdoor patio with a wider direct view of the beach on the patio. We definitely are looking forward to coming back again!

5128 Windswept is a very nice condo!! Dcor is great and unit was very clean and everything you need is provided in the unit. However, couch is so worn and uncomfortable between the four adults in the unit we all would have rather sat in the floor- too bad. The queen bed in the quest room also not so comfortable for another couple- for kids it's fine. Love the built in storage in living area and of course views were amazing!!

This condo is lovely and had everything we needed. Loved the balcony. Utility was very tight but the full sized washer and dryer were a plus so that's a trade off. Others are correct about the sofa. I'm only 5 feet tall and it was low, even for me. Felt like you were sitting on the frame. Having said all that, I would rent again in a heartbeat.

We have rented through Akers Elles before and will do so again. They make check in and check out so easy and have always been responsive to any requests we've had.

This location was perfect! The unit was beautiful and looked recently remodeled. Our stay turned out to be just what we were looking for, a relaxing getaway with an oceanfront view!

The Windswept villa appears to have been recently renovated. Everything looked new and clean which is great as you look out onto the Atlantic Ocean. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed with a walk about bunk on top. This is probably great for a couple with two kids but might be a little more difficult if there were two couples staying at the unit. Our kids thought it was a great bunk bed.

Overall two thumbs up for this unit.

Clean, well designed/renovated/decorated, excellent shower, heating/cooling worked great, washer/dryer very efficient, all kitchen accessories that we needed were supplied, and plenty of large mugs for coffee. More than enough space for our family of 4. The view of the ocean and access to the beach can't be beat. Akers Ellis was extremely responsive to all our inquiries, and their app was very useful to help us navigate everything we needed for our arrival and departure. Island Bike Rental was great for delivery/pick-up of bikes, the Freshfields Village was convenient for Harris Teeter groceries, shopping, and non-resort dining. Highly recommend the food at La Tela Pizzeria. We will definitely be back!

Very nicely furnished and view as advertised. More compact than photos appear but good use of space. Negatives- no lamps for reading, only in ceiling lighting. Bring you own pillows and bar soap.

We very much enjoyed our three week rental of this villa and have already made plans to rent the same condo in March, 2016, for another three weeks! This condo has a beautiful, natural full view of the ocean, beach and sand dunes with shrubbery. It has a lovely modern interior design and high quality materials are used throughout. We especially appreciate the beautiful wood floors, upscale and natural master bathroom, high end hardware throughout, Bosch kitchen appliances. The furnishings, especially in the living room and master bedroom are attractive and comfortable. We enjoyed taking excellent care of this lovely vacation condo as if it were our own. Kitchen needs at least one more placemat to total four and perhaps a teapot. Thank you for your service during our stay and for attending to our suggestions.
