Entering the villa, you are immediately greeted by a modern kitchen, beautiful coffered ceilings, plus a stunning view over the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare any meal, whether you’re hosting family or friends for a memorable gathering or simply enjoying a relaxing dinner after a day in the sun. Heading toward the living area you’ll pass the dining area on your left. It offers a table and 3 chairs, plus a curved bench for additional guests. Stepping into the living area you’ll be greeted by a beautiful view over the Atlantic ocean. A sectional and chaise chair surround a coffee table, facing a large television where you can unwind at night or enjoy listening to the waves with a cup of coffee. Step out onto the oceanfront balcony and soak in the ocean breeze. A high top table and 3 chairs are provided for guests to enjoy a meal or an evening cocktail while overlooking the beach.

Wake up to a view of the ocean in the primary bedroom. With a plush king bed, wall-mounted TV plus an ensuite bathroom, you’ll have everything needed for a comfortable and restful stay. The en suite bathroom provides dual sinks and a beautifully designed walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed plus a full bathroom accessible both from the bedroom itself and the hallway. The bathroom also has dual sinks for convenience plus a shower/tub combo, perfect for families with younger children.

A striking spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the loft, where you’ll find a television and two chairs that convert into floor beds for additional sleeping options. A full bathroom is also located off of the loft and provides a walk-in shower.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
