This Kiawah Island vacation rental recently underwent a complete transformation! Located on the first floor, the two bedroom villa features a bright and airy space with a coastal feel, sleek finishes and new furniture.

In the living area you’ll find a queen size sleeper sofa and a comfortable lounge chair, plus a large flat screen television. To the left of the television is a small dry bar with a wine refrigerator, perfect for anyone looking to entertain or have a relaxing night in. The fully equipped kitchen highlights beautiful white cabinetry and countertops, stainless steel appliances and a dining area suitable for 4. Just off the dining area, and also accessible from the living area, is the screened porch. It offers a small dining table where guests can dine al fresco, or relax with your morning coffee as you immerse yourself into the nature Kiawah Island has to offer.

The primary bedroom features a king size bed, and has an en suite style bathroom. The newly renovated bathroom provides a chic dual vanity plus a shower tub combo. In the secondary bedroom you’ll find two full beds with a gorgeous bay window that lets in ample natural light. The full bathroom, also accessible from the hall, also offers a beautiful white vanity and a shower tub combo.

The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Dogs under 25 pounds are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.
