We have been coming to Kiawah for over 20 years and this villa is now on the top of our list to rent!! Close to the beach, VERY comfortable and clean (love the “makeup” wash clothes - nice amenity!), stocked with items needed, lagoon view is great!! The owners have paid attention to detail….we also loved the local pics! This place will be on our “do over list”!

This villa is even better than the description and photos! Location is great - 5 min bike ride to beach. Villa has great lagoon view from screened porch, kitchen table and bedroom. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in. Everything was clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend. We used our beach gear credits for bikes and explored the island every day.

We needed a place to stop for a number of days on our way from New England to New Orleans during the pandemic. My wife and daughters are not road warriors and this villa was an exceptional resting point mid-way home. We saw alligators daily, a large whitetail buck, lots of egrets, herons and other wildlife. We may just have to invest in Kiawah Island after this stay. Lovely ammenities with a perfect screened in balcony were just what the doctor ordered.

We enjoyed a week stay at this two bedroom villa. The property was clean and well-maintained. Informed the management company that the bathtub drain in the second bathroom was slow to drain, and needed to be cleaned out. The representative was willing to send someone out promptly to address the issue. The primary couch has some small stains, but otherwise was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property, and would stay there again in the future.

Great peaceful setting with a beautiful view of the lagoon, and only a few short minutes to the incredible beach on the bikes we reserved with the free credit. The villa was fully appointed with very nice furnishings, appliances, electronics, and more. Great place to spend our 35th Wedding Anniversary.

Plenty of room for a family of four...Location was great. We had a 10-minute or so walk to the beach; also just a couple of minutes' drive to Night Heron access when we wanted to load up the chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely return to this villa.

This is our second stay here. Very nice apartment. A slight problem with the tv, which was rectified almost immediately. Quiet, nice views, easy walk to the beach. Easy check in, and very attentive service during our stay.

We have visited Kiawah approximately 10 times. Another great trip. 5542 Turtle Cove was situated in a very convenient location for us. The unit was clean and well furnished. Our only criticism is that the mattresses for the twin beds were too hard for our liking. For those that like hard mattresses, they should be fine.

The apartment was very well maintained, nicely laid out, and furnished with visitors' comfort and needs in mind, even with an fine selection of books. This villa was exceptional. We have been coming to Kiawah for over 10 years, and this villa is definitely now our favorite. It is updated, spotless,the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and the location was great. We will definitely be returning to this villa. Our recent stay in this elegant, cozy condo was delightful. The decor is modern, the furniture and beds comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the inclusion of sheets and bath towels convenient. Although a bit of a walk to the beach if carrying chairs and coolers, the trek is scenic and temperate offering tree-lined streets, beautiful boardwalk bridges, and a variety of wildlife. The island is a gem! Miles of biking/walking trails are shaded with dense, diverse foliage; manicured golf courses, playgrounds, parks, and pools provide a variety of activities; and wide, white-sand beaches offer the perfect place to relax. Local restaurants and shops are nearby for added convenience and Charleston close enough for a day of exploring. I highly recommend this vacation rental. With easy check-in and check-out, a wonderful location with a serene lagoon view, and beautiful decor -- this exceptionally clean and comfortable rental is a wonderful find.

Everything new and very nice quality. We really enjoyed the screen porch and lagoon views. There were several areas of crumbs and sticky areas in the kitchen. Internet was not working, which the rental company fixed promptly. Location is great for biking in any direction all over the island. Had an unseasonably warm week for December and a perfect view of the fireworks at for New Years from the porch.

Everything was very good. 5 on your scale of satisfaction. Only suggestion would be to replace the lights at the sign for the villas - the one for the section that 5542 was in was not lit so made it difficult to see it at night.

The staff was very prompt when corresponding on the rental agreement.
The connection to the website was extremely helpful and gave us all the details.
Upon arrival the villa was exactly as pictured - even better!
