In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 10, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers four bedrooms, a private pool and spa, and an open floor plan. The home is about a 3-minute walk to the beach. This lovely home was reintroduced to the rental market in 2021.

This home’s open floor plan allows for easy conversation and entertaining. The large living area, an ideal place for gathering, offers high ceilings, plenty of seating, and a flat-screen TV. Just past the main living area is the dining area with seating for six guests. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living area, offering white cabinetry and a pass-through counter with bar stool seating. Additional dining space can be found in the breakfast area, located just off the kitchen, which provides seating for six guests, a TV, and access to the deck.

Ascend the stairs to reach the master suite, which comprises the entire second floor. It offers a king bed, TV, cozy side chair and ottoman, and bathroom with double sinks and soaking tub and shower, plus access to a private deck overlooking the pool area. The remaining three bedrooms are found on the first floor. Off the main living area are two bedrooms – one with a king bed and another with two full beds – each with a TV and private bathroom. Located off the entry hall is another bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a twin over twin bunk bed, daybed, and twin trundle.

The spacious back deck overlooks the pool and is accessible from multiple locations on the first floor. Descend the deck steps to reach the pool and spa.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

The pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
