Andy Herring grew up in Marietta, GA, and relocated to Charleston in 2018. Before moving to the Charleston area, he studied psychology at the University of Georgia and was the President and CEO of a wholesale office furniture distributing company in Atlanta. Andy received his real estate license in 2019 and joined the Akers Ellis team in 2022. He is known for his steady hand during negotiations and spotting detours before they happen.

Outside of work, Andy enjoys inshore and offshore fishing, golf, hunting, and cycling. He currently resides on Seabrook Island and is continually amazed by the beauty and serenity of the Lowcountry.
