Hilary comes from a lineage of real estate professionals, with her great-grandfather, grandfather, and mother all having successful careers in real estate development, construction, and management. As a Broker, Hilary has leveraged her family's expertise to focus on selling and investing in residential real estate. With over 15 years of experience in three different markets, she is an industry expert passionate about helping buyers and sellers strategically transition between properties. Hilary has experience dealing with properties at all price points and a deep understanding of navigating hurdles in a transaction.

Outside of work, Hilary enjoys spending time with her family and two Labradors. She and her husband Duncan have three children - Mac, and twins, John Walker and Lily Claire. In her free time, you can find Hilary playing tennis, pickleball, boating, or exploring the great outdoors of Charleston with her loved ones.
