Nichole Sakis joined Akers Ellis in 2026. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, specializing in Marketing with a minor in Fashion & Retail Studies. Prior to transitioning into real estate, Nichole spent six years in corporate retail as a Merchant at Victoria’s Secret and Abercrombie & Fitch in Columbus, Ohio. Throughout her career in retail, she built strong product assortments by analyzing market and business trends, with a key focus on the customer. Known for her quick thinking and adaptability, she connects easily with people from all backgrounds and approaches each situation with a thoughtful, solution-oriented mindset.

Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Nichole grew up vacationing on Kiawah Island and relocated to South Carolina in 2026 to pursue a career in real estate. With a lifelong connection to the industry through her father’s custom home building business, she developed an early appreciation for the design, construction, and investment aspects of real estate. She also has a passion for interior design and has led the selection of finishes and design details for several of his homes.

Outside of work, Nichole enjoys pilates and hot yoga, traveling, exploring new restaurants, cooking, walking on the beach, and spending time with her black Labrador, Champ.
