Description

Take advantage of special beach gear and bike credit! This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers five bedrooms, golf and lagoon views, and access to the seasonal community pool. The home is about a four-minute walk to the beach.

This fabulously renovated home welcomes you with open living areas, chic coastal décor, and plenty of natural light. The living area is the perfect place to gather and offers comfortable seating and a wall-mounted TV. Just past the living area, you will find the dining area with seating for ten guests, beautifully stylized built-in cabinets, and access to the screened porch. Additional bar stool seating for three is available at the adjacent kitchen breakfast bar. The open kitchen has white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and everything you will need to prepare meals during your vacation.

Three bedrooms are located on the main level. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The third downstairs bedroom has a daybed, twin trundle, TV, and a desk with an office chair. There is a full hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo on this level. Upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms. The first upstairs bedroom features a king-sized bed and twin over twin bunk bed. This bedroom also has a crib available for use with advance request from guests. The second upstairs bedroom has three twin-sized beds and a twin trundle. A full hall bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

The home’s screened porch offers plenty of comfortable seating, a dining table and six chairs, and gorgeous views of Turtle Point Golf Course and the lagoon. Guests can also enjoy the outdoors on the home’s lovely front porch, which has two rocking chairs and a bench swing.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Guests have access to the Atlantic/Turtle Beach community pool. The pool is unheated and open seasonally.

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.

Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.

Atlantic Beach Ct- Great location!

House was a very generous size, in a great location, very short walk to the beach and wonderfully located on Kiawah Island. It was easy to get anywhere on the island.
